Als jeugdbehandelaar werk je met jongeren die een intensieve en specialistische aanpak vragen. Je combineert behandeling met outreachend werken en schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende situaties. Je blijft rustig, houdt overzicht en neemt verantwoordelijkheid. Zo draag je bij aan perspectief voor de jongere én aan een veilige maatschappij.

Dit ga jij doen

  • Je behandelt jongeren (12–24 jaar) met complexe en forensische problematiek
  • Je voert individuele behandeltrajecten uit en betrekt waar nodig het systeem
  • Je werkt outreachend: je spreekt jongeren op locatie, thuis of op school
  • Je stemt af met ketenpartners en onderhoudt actief contact met het netwerk
  • Je signaleert risico’s en handelt adequaat in crisissituaties
  • Je biedt praktische ondersteuning om stabiliteit in het dagelijks leven te vergroten

Hier kom jij te werken

Je werkt als jeugdbehandelaar binnen onze poliklinieken in Breda en Tilburg. Hier bouw je mee aan een jeugdteam in ontwikkeling. Samen zorgen jullie voor een passend behandelaanbod voor jongeren in West-Brabant.

De doelgroep is complex en vraagt om expertise. Jongeren hebben vaak te maken met psychiatrische problematiek en delictgedrag. Dat maakt jouw werk uitdagend en afwisselend. Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team en met externe partners. Samen leveren jullie zorg op het hoogste niveau.

Dit ben jij

  • Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding conform de eisen die het ZorgPrestatieModel stelt. Denk aan Bachelor Social Work (GGZ Agoog of uitstroomprofiel Zorg), Maatschappelijk Werk, Verpleegkunde of WO master basispsycholoog of orthopedagoog.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur kennis van systemisch werken of CGT
  • Je hebt kennis van adolescentie en bijbehorende problematiek
  • Je bent SKJ-geregistreerd of kunt deze registratie aanvragen
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en zoekt actief de samenwerking op
  • Je schakelt snel en handelt doortastend in complexe situaties
  • Je bent 32-36 uur per week beschikbaar

Dit krijg jij van ons

Wij bieden jou een contract volgens cao ggz voor bepaalde tijd met uitzicht op een vaste aanstelling. Deze functie is (afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring) ingedeeld in functiegroep:

  • FWG 55 met een maximaal salaris van €5294,- bruto per maand o.b.v. 36-urige werkweek.
