团队介绍： 我们是交付中枢，直接连接客户、销售、研发、供应链和现场实施团队，是机器人从方案到落地的核心推动者。 团队职责覆盖两大方向： 研发项目管理（PJM）：管理产品研发全生命周期，包括需求评审、版本规划、迭代跟踪、技术风险管控、跨团队资源协调，推动产品从原型到量产的节奏落地； 交付项目管理（Delivery PM）：负责已签单项目的全流程交付，从项目立项、软件开发联调、现场部署调试到客户验收，确保项目按时、按质、按预算落地； 团队现状： 精干团队，由资深 PJM 和交付 PM 组成，每人独立负责端到端的项目模块，目前正承接多个标杆项目。 工作节奏： 快节奏、强结果导向。你会直接参与客户现场和研发一线，而不是坐在办公室看甘特图。 协作模式： 高频跨部门协作，日常与算法工程师、嵌入式开发、硬件工程师、现场实施人员紧密配合。扁平化管理，直接汇报给项目负责人。

岗位描述： 1.参与客户交付项目的全流程管理，协助完成立项、计划制定、进度跟踪、成本管理和客户验收; 2.作为项目交付阶段的重要客户接口，组织项目会议，梳理进度报告，管理客户需求和交付预期; 3.统筹现场实施，管理现场调试人员及外部支撑，推进部署调试、试运行、问题闭环和验收签约; 4.识别进度、技术、现场、安全、供应链等风险，建立问题清单和风险台账，推动责任人按时闭环; 5.参与制定交付标准和验收规范，推动交付流程标准化和规模化复制。

1.2027 届应届生，本科及以上学历，自动化、机器人、机械电子、计算机科学、软件工程、工业工程、项目管理等专业优先，英语 CET-6 及以上优先； 2.核心特质： 技术好奇心：对机器人和 AI 有真实的兴趣，愿意花时间理解视觉算法、运动控制、系统集成等技术原理，而非仅仅把 PM 当作"管人"的岗位 结构化思维：能把模糊的问题拆解成可执行的步骤，习惯用数据和逻辑而非感觉做决策 结果导向：关注交付结果而非过程形式，能在压力下推动事情闭环 沟通协调力：能在跨部门协作中清晰表达观点，也能在客户现场管理预期和冲突，兼具内部推动力和外部亲和力； 3.有机器人/AI/自动化相关的竞赛、实习或课题经历（如 RoboMaster、RoboCup、大疆/优必选等实习，或自动驾驶/具身智能方向研究）的优先； 4.了解项目管理基础方法论（PMBOK、敏捷/Scrum），或有使用飞书、Jira、Confluence 等工具的实践经验，有 PMP、ACP 等项目管理认证（或正在备考）的优先。

培养与发展规划： 我们不设"打杂期"。从入职第一天起，你将同时接触研发项目管理和交付项目管理两个方向，按以下路径快速成长： 第一阶段：双轨融入（0-3 个月） 目标：理解公司业务全貌，掌握研发和交付两条线的基本工作流程。 完成公司产品技术培训（机器人软硬件、AI 软件及工具链、业务系统、遥操系统等） 跟随交付 PM 参与 1 个在建交付项目，了解从立项到现场部署的完整流程 通过内部考核，获得独立跟踪项目模块的资格 第二阶段：模块独立（3-9 个月） 目标：在研发和交付两个方向上各独立承担一个完整模块。 交付侧：独立负责一个客户现场项目（如药房、工厂等），统筹进度、风险和交付 参与现场部署调试，积累一线实施经验（出差频率约 30-50%） 主导至少一次项目复盘，沉淀可复用的交付模板和风险清单 第三阶段：体系贡献（9-18 个月） 目标：从单项目管理走向体系建设，开始贡献标准化流程和工具。 参与制定研发项目管理规范和交付标准，推动两条线的流程优化 协助搭建项目管理知识库和工具链，推动项目管理数字化 指导下一批校招 PM，承担 mentor 角色 长期发展方向 根据个人兴趣和能力优势，可在以下三条路径中选择深耕： 研发项目管理专家：高级 PJM → 研发项目总监，负责多产品线并行研发管理和研发团队效能提升 交付项目管理专家：高级交付 PM → 交付总监，负责多项目组合管理和客户交付团队管理 产品/业务方向转型：凭借对技术和客户的深度理解，转型产品经理或售前解决方案，驱动产品规划和业务拓展
