团队介绍： 我们是一支面向机器人应用落地与规模化量产的具身智能后训练团队，负责将前沿模型能力转化为能够在真实场景中稳定运行、持续创造客户价值的机器人产品。团队以实际业务需求和市场反馈驱动技术迭代，贯通数据采集、模型训练、真机评测、部署优化与量产交付全流程。在这里，研发同学不仅能探索 VLA、模仿学习和强化学习等前沿方向，还能在复杂真实环境中持续打磨技术，通过客户使用效果验证判断、调整方向，最终亲手推动算法从实验走向产品、从技术成果走向规模化价值。

岗位描述： 1.端侧推理引擎的优化与部署：在目标边缘 AI SoC/NPU（如 NVIDIA Orin）上优化推理时延、吞吐与功耗； 2.芯片 / SoC 适配：算子支持、推理框架适配（TensorRT / ONNX Runtime / 厂商 SDK 等）、Benchmark； 3.量化与精度对齐：PTQ/QAT，保证量化与部署后端侧精度与训练侧一致； 4.建立端侧推理 Benchmark 与性能基线，支撑芯片选型与算力降本； 5.与算法、系统集成协同，把端到端模型高效、稳定地落到量产硬件。

1.27届应届生，本科及以上学历，端侧 / 边缘 AI 推理部署经验； 2.熟悉推理框架与编译优化（TensorRT / TVM / SNPE / RKNN 等），了解 NPU/GPU 架构； 3.熟悉模型量化（INT8 / 混合精度）与量化精度调优； 4.熟练 C/C++ 与 Python，熟悉多线程编程、内存管理及性能分析工具（如Valgrind，Nsight等）,有使用CUDA、triton等工具编写高性能自定义算子经验优先； 5.有在量产硬件上做推理性能优化的实战经验。

【加分项】 有国产芯片（地平线、瑞芯微、寒武纪、昇腾等）适配经验； 自定义算子 / kernel 开发能力； 模型压缩（剪枝、蒸馏）经验。
