团队介绍： 我们是一支面向机器人应用落地与规模化量产的具身智能后训练团队，负责将前沿模型能力转化为能够在真实场景中稳定运行、持续创造客户价值的机器人产品。团队以实际业务需求和市场反馈驱动技术迭代，贯通数据采集、模型训练、真机评测、部署优化与量产交付全流程。在这里，研发同学不仅能探索 VLA、模仿学习和强化学习等前沿方向，还能在复杂真实环境中持续打磨技术，通过客户使用效果验证判断、调整方向，最终亲手推动算法从实验走向产品、从技术成果走向规模化价值。

岗位描述： 1.参与机器人Agent Harness的架构设计与工程实现，协助建设从任务输入、状态感知、技能调用、执行反馈、失败恢复到评测回放的完整执行框架； 2.在导师指导下，探索大模型与底层技能的接口与协同方式； 3.协助建设Agent评测harness，支持任务集管理、自动化rollout、仿真/真机回归测试、执行轨迹记录、失败case归因和版本对比； 4.跟踪并吸收最新Agent工程范式（如MCP、LangGraph类评测环境等），协助结合机器人场景落地； 5.协助推动从demo到可评测原型，沉淀通用操作能力的技术路线。

1.2027届应届生，本科及以上学历，CS/AI相关专业优先； 2.熟悉LLM/VLM应用开发（agent loop、function calling、planning、skills、MCP、subagent、multi-agent框架），有相关课题或实习经验； 3.了解机器人任务规划/行为树/分层控制至少一类； 4.对Prompt Engineering、Context Engineering、Harness Engineering有较深了解，有相关实习经验者优先； 5.具备较强Python工程能力，有从0搭建原型的课题或实习经验；

【加分项】 1.有具身智能体/机器人长程任务规划研究或落地实习经验者优先； 2.有Agent Harness、AI workflow runtime、eval harness、sandbox environment、自动化回归测试平台建设实习经验者优先； 3.有真实机器人demo、产品原型、开源Agent框架或复杂系统工程实习经验者优先； 4.有VLA与高层规划结合实习经验者优先； 5.有顶会论文或开源项目者优先。
