岗位职责： 1. 参与具身智能软硬件产品的前期调研与需求分析，协助产品经理完成市场竞品分析、用户需求梳理和场景调研。 2. 协助制定产品需求文档（PRD），参与产品版本规划与功能优先级讨论。 3. 与算法、软件、硬件、商务等团队协作，跟踪产品开发进度，参与测试验证与问题反馈。 4. 参与软硬件产品的关键能力定义的相关工作。 5. 协助输出产品文档、解决方案材料和内部培训材料。 6. 跟踪具身智能、机器人行业自动化等方向的技术与市场发展，形成初步产品判断。

【任职要求】 1. 2027届本科及以上学历，机械、自动化、机器人、计算机、电子、工程等相关专业。 2. 对具身智能、机器人等方向有浓厚兴趣和基本了解。 3. 具备较强的逻辑思维能力、结构化表达能力和学习能力。 4. 有机器人相关项目经验、竞赛经历或实习经验者优先。 5. 具备良好的沟通协作能力，能够在研发与业务团队之间有效协同。 6. 对前沿技术有热情，愿意长期深耕机器人产品方向。

【加分项】 1. 有机器人社团、实验室或相关科研项目参与经验。 2. 熟悉机器人操作系统（ROS）、运动控制基础或传感器原理。 3. 有产品实习或产品相关课程项目经验。

培养与发展规划： 【培养周期】6个月轮岗 + 6个月定岗深化，1年成长为独立负责子方向的产品经理。

【第一阶段：入职轮岗（0-6月）】 - 硬件/算法/软件相关的产品工作轮岗，建立对机器人整机系统的全链路认知。 - 跟随导师参与产品调研、需求评审、PRD撰写，熟悉产品管理流程。 - 完成至少1份竞品分析报告和1份场景调研报告。

【第二阶段：定岗深化（6-12月）】 - 定向负责产品子模块。 - 独立输出PRD并推动版本迭代，参与客户交流和试点验证。 - 建立产品指标体系意识，跟踪使用效果与优化机会。

【第三阶段：独立负责（12月+）】 - 独立负责一条产品线或核心子方向，承担从需求到交付的产品闭环。 - 参与产品路线图制定，向产品负责人方向发展。

【导师机制】 - 每位校招产品经理配备1名资深产品经理作为带教导师，定期1on1辅导。 - 定期参与产品评审、技术分享和行业交流，持续提升专业判断力。
