团队介绍： 我们是一支面向机器人应用落地与规模化量产的具身智能后训练团队，负责将前沿模型能力转化为能够在真实场景中稳定运行、持续创造客户价值的机器人产品。团队以实际业务需求和市场反馈驱动技术迭代，贯通数据采集、模型训练、真机评测、部署优化与量产交付全流程。在这里，研发同学不仅能探索 VLA、模仿学习和强化学习等前沿方向，还能在复杂真实环境中持续打磨技术，通过客户使用效果验证判断、调整方向，最终亲手推动算法从实验走向产品、从技术成果走向规模化价值。

岗位描述： 1.传感接入与底层驱动：参与机器人各类传感器（相机、深度、力/位等）的接入方案与驱动开发，协助底层设备通信协议（CAN/EtherCAT/串口等）的开发与优化； 2.时间同步与链路保障：参与设计并实现多传感器/多设备的时间同步方案（PTP/硬触发/软同步），与中间件、系统集成团队协同，协助保障传感链路稳定、低时延及资源占用可控； 3.硬件问题排查：协助排查并闭环现场传感器、通信类硬件及底层设备问题（如设备掉线、端口丢失等）； 4.研发效能与CI/CD建设：参与建设编译构建、CI/CD、制品与版本管理体系，协助保障可重复、可追溯、可回滚的发布流水线； 5.自动化测试与质量门禁：协助搭建自动化测试与调测平台，覆盖单元/集成/回归测试及硬件在环（HIL）、台架自动化； 6.协助建立质量门禁与研发度量，将性能与可靠性门禁纳入流水线，拦截缺陷回归； 7.部署优化与AI辅助研发：参与优化交叉编译、镜像分发与设备部署（现场升级/回滚）的效率与稳定性；协助引入LLM/智能体能力，重构代码、测试、问题定位与构建运维流程。

我们期望这样的你： 1.2027届应届生，本科及以上学历，计算机、电子、自动化、机器人工程等相关专业优先； 2.底层开发基础：精通C/C++与Linux系统级编程，熟悉CAN/EtherCAT/串口等总线协议，有相关课题或实习经验者优先； 3.传感与同步：熟悉多设备时间同步方案，熟悉相机（RGB-D，如Orbbec/RealSense）接入与标定流程，有相关实习经验者优先； 4.DevOps与构建工具：了解CI/CD工具链（GitLab CI/Jenkins等）、构建系统（CMake/Bazel）、容器化与制品管理，有相关课题或实习经验； 5.工程与测试能力：具备平台开发能力（Python/Go），熟悉机器人/嵌入式测试方法学（仿真、回放、台架），有相关实习经验者优先； 6.AI辅助研发兴趣：对AI辅助研发（Agent/LLM工具链）有实践经验或强烈兴趣，有相关实习经验者优先。

【加分项】 有机器人整机传感系统集成、硬件在环（HIL）或台架自动化实习经验者优先； 有从0到1搭建研发效能体系、以AI提升研发效能的落地实习经验者优先； 有USB/PCIe设备稳定性问题排查、实时数据采集系统实习经验者优先； 有量产硬件底层驱动开发与问题闭环实习经验者优先。
