职位概述 参与公司 AI Infra 基础设施平台的设计、研发与持续演进，为大规模模型预训练和后训练提供高效、稳定、可扩展的基础设施支持，主要内容： 1. 参与 AI Infra 基础设施平台的架构设计、功能开发与持续优化； 2. 参与高可用、高性能、可扩展的分布式计算与存储系统建设，支撑大规模模型预训练及后训练； 3. 持续优化系统性能、稳定性与资源利用效率，推动基础设施降本增效； 4. 跟进 AI Infra 领域的新技术与发展趋势，探索并推动相关技术落地。

我们期望这样的你： 1. 27届应届生或毕业3年内的往届生，本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业； 2. 对 AI 技术有热情，学习能力强，熟悉多种 AI Coding 工具，并具备使用 AI Coding 完成实际项目的经验； 3. 具备扎实的计算机基础，掌握操作系统、计算机网络、并发编程、数据结构与算法等相关知识； 4. 熟练掌握至少一种编程语言，理解其核心特性与适用场景； 5. 了解 Kubernetes、微服务架构及常见的大数据开源技术栈； 6. 具备良好的沟通能力、责任心和团队协作意识，能够主动发现并解决问题。
