WE ARE HIRING — FINANCE, ACCOUNTING & TAX MANAGER (FAT MANAGER) Penempatan: Bogor, Jawa Barat | Full-time Position

Generate Recruitment Agency bekerja sama dengan salah satu client kami yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur kosmetik, membuka kesempatan bagi profesional berpengalaman untuk bergabung sebagai Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager (FAT Manager).

Posisi ini bertanggung jawab memimpin keseluruhan fungsi Finance, Accounting & Tax, memastikan akurasi laporan keuangan, pengendalian biaya produksi, serta kepatuhan perpajakan perusahaan.

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Memimpin dan mengelola tim Finance, Accounting & Tax
  • Menyusun dan mereview laporan keuangan, cash flow, budgeting, serta forecasting.
  • Mengontrol dan menganalisis HPP/COGS manufaktur, termasuk biaya bahan baku, packaging, tenaga kerja, dan overhead produksi.
  • Mengawasi inventory control, WIP, finished goods, stock opname, serta rekonsiliasi persediaan.
  • Melakukan purchasing cost analysis dan pengendalian biaya produksi.
  • Memastikan perhitungan dan pelaporan pajak bulanan maupun tahunan berjalan akurat dan tepat waktu.
  • Menangani SP2DK dan pemeriksaan pajak secara langsung, termasuk proses klarifikasi dan komunikasi dengan DJP.
  • Memastikan kepatuhan perpajakan serta efektivitas SOP dan internal control perusahaan.

Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi, Keuangan, atau Perpajakan.
  • Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun sebagai FAT Manager, diutamakan dari industri manufaktur.
  • Memahami Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Financial Reporting, dan Manufacturing Costing.
  • Wajib menguasai perhitungan HPP/COGS manufaktur, inventory control, serta purchasing cost analysis.
  • Menguasai perpajakan Indonesia
  • Wajib memiliki pengalaman langsung menangani SP2DK dan pemeriksaan pajak (Tax Audit).
  • Memiliki pengalaman memimpin tim serta mampu bekerja secara hands-on dalam aktivitas operasional FAT.
  • Memiliki leadership, analytical thinking, problem solving, ketelitian, dan integritas yang baik.

Benefit & Compensation:

  • Gaji sekitar Rp15.000.000 gross/bulan, menyesuaikan pengalaman dan kompetensi.
  • BPJS Kesehatan dan Ketenagakerjaan.
