Generate Recruitment Agency bekerja sama dengan salah satu client potensial kami yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur kosmetik, membuka kesempatan bagi profesional berpengalaman untuk bergabung sebagai Senior Recruitment Specialist.

Posisi ini bertanggung jawab memimpin strategi dan pelaksanaan proses rekrutmen untuk pemenuhan executive level mulai dari Supervisor, Manager, hingga Head of Department.

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Memimpin dan mengkoordinasikan proses recruitment sesuai kebutuhan manpower perusahaan.
  • Melakukan sourcing, headhunting, dan direct recruitment untuk berbagai level jabatan, mulai dari Operator hingga Manager dan Head of Department.
  • Melaksanakan screening CV, competency-based interview, assessment, dan evaluasi kandidat.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan user terkait kebutuhan tenaga kerja, job description, dan kualifikasi posisi.
  • Mengelola database kandidat serta membangun talent pool, khususnya untuk kebutuhan industri manufaktur.
  • Melakukan negosiasi gaji, koordinasi offering, reference checking, hingga onboarding.
  • Memantau KPI recruitment, mengevaluasi efektivitas sumber kandidat, serta menyusun laporan rekrutmen secara berkala.
  • Membimbing dan mengarahkan anggota tim recruitment serta memastikan target pemenuhan tenaga kerja tercapai.

Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Psikologi, Manajemen SDM, atau bidang terkait.
  • Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, diutamakan sebagai Senior Recruitment Specialist atau Recruitment Team Leader.
  • Wajib memiliki pengalaman recruitment di industri manufaktur, baik untuk kebutuhan pabrik maupun kantor.
  • Menguasai proses end-to-end recruitment dan mampu melakukan rekrutmen untuk berbagai level jabatan.
  • Terbiasa menggunakan JobStreet, Linkedln, database kandidat, referral, dan berbagai recruitment channel.
  • Memiliki jaringan kandidat yang luas, khususnya di industri manufaktur.
  • Memiliki kemampuan leadership, komunikasi, negosiasi, analytical thinking, dan problem solving yang baik.
