Penempatan: Tangerang

Generate Recruitment Agency bekerja sama dengan client potensial kami yang bergerak di bidang industri manufaktur berbahan akrilik, membuka kesempatan bagi profesional yang memiliki kemampuan analisis proses bisnis dan pengembangan sistem untuk bergabung sebagai System Analyst.

Posisi ini berperan dalam mengidentifikasi kebutuhan bisnis dan mengembangkan peluang digitalisasi dan otomasi yang dibutuhkan dengan kebutuhan bisnis.

Tanggung jawab:

  • Menganalisis proses bisnis yang berjalan dan mengidentifikasi peluang peningkatan efisiensi operasional melalui solusi digital.
  • Menganalisis kebutuhan sistem ERP dan memberikan rekomendasi solusi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan bisnis perusahaan.
  • Menyusun dan memelihara product roadmap, product backlog, prioritas pengembangan, serta rencana rilis berdasarkan dampak bisnis dan kelayakan teknis.
  • Melakukan analisis data untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan dan mengevaluasi efektivitas solusi yang dikembangkan.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan user, vendor, IT Support, dan tim proyek dalam proses pengembangan, pengujian, serta implementasi solusi sistem.
  • Memastikan solusi yang dikembangkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna, standar kualitas, dan tujuan bisnis perusahaan.

Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Sistem Informasi, Teknik Informatika, Teknik Industri, Ilmu Komputer, atau jurusan terkait.
  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 1–2 tahun sebagai System Analyst, Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, atau posisi sejenis.
  • Memahami proses requirement gathering, analisis proses bisnis, dan penyusunan dokumentasi kebutuhan sistem.
  • Mampu menyusun PRD/FSD, user story, acceptance criteria, serta pemetaan process flow dan data flow.
  • Memahami sistem ERP dan proses integrasi sistem; pengalaman menggunakan SAP Business One (SAP B1) menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, pemecahan masalah, dan koordinasi lintas departemen yang baik.
  • Berpengalaman di perusahaan konsultan IT, software house, atau proyek implementasi ERP menjadi nilai tambah.
