Goed om te weten: we zoeken twee GZ-psychologen — één voor volwassenen en één voor jeugd (vanaf 4 jaar). Afhankelijk van jouw voorkeur en ervaring ga je aan de slag met één van deze doelgroepen.

Dit is je team

Je werkt vanuit het Gelre ziekenhuis in Zutphen, samen met een toegewijd en deskundig team. Samen bieden jullie zorg aan asielzoekers, statushouders en ongedocumenteerden.

Onze cliënten hebben uiteenlopende culturele achtergronden, maar delen vaak ervaringen van verlies, trauma en een nieuwe start in Nederland. Dat vraagt om meer dan alleen behandelen. Het vraagt om écht contact, nieuwsgierigheid en maatwerk.

Je werkt intensief samen met onder andere een psychiater, klinisch psycholoog, speltherapeut, GZ-psychologen, basispsychologen, orthopedagogen en maatschappelijk werkers. We leren van elkaar, reflecteren samen en blijven ons ontwikkelen in dit specialistische werkveld.

  • Volwassenen - Je richt je op volwassenen met complexe psychische problematiek binnen een interculturele context.
  • Jeugd (vanaf 4 jaar) - Je werkt met kinderen, jongeren en (alleenstaande) minderjarigen. In deze rol kan het voorkomen dat je outreachend werkt, bijvoorbeeld richting gezin of netwerk, maar dit is beperkt en geen hoofdmoot van je functie.

Wat ga je doen?

Als GZ-psycholoog ben je regiebehandelaar en kijk je verder dan de klacht alleen. Je hebt oog voor de context, cultuur en het verhaal achter de patiënt.

  • Je voert diagnostiek en behandelingen uit binnen een interculturele setting
  • Je zet evidence-based behandelmethoden in, passend bij de doelgroep
  • Je coördineert behandeltrajecten en bewaakt kwaliteit en voortgang
  • Je werkt nauw samen binnen het multidisciplinaire team en biedt waar nodig begeleiding of supervisie
  • Je denkt actief mee over ontwikkeling en verbetering van het behandelaanbod
  • Je draagt bij aan ons bredere programma waarin preventie, (B)GGZ en SGGZ samenkomen

Dit vragen we van jou

✔ Een diploma en registratie tot GZ-psycholoog (met daarbij een aantal jaren werkervaring in een culturele setting is mooi meegenomen) ✔ Een brede blik op mentale gezondheid en de vaardigheid om dit in de praktijk toe te passen ✔ Oplossingsgericht denken en creatief inspelen op complexe problematiek ✔ Proactieve, open en betrouwbare houding naar collega’s en cliënten ✔ Het vermogen om weerstand bij patiënten te herkennen en hier op een constructieve manier mee om te gaan
