Je komt terecht in een betrokken en deskundig team binnen de specialistische jeugd-ggz. De sfeer is open en collegiaal: je kunt sparren, vragen stellen en van elkaar leren. Hier krijg je de ruimte om te groeien, als professional én als persoon.

Wat ga je doen?

Als GZ-psycholoog speel jij een belangrijke rol in de behandeling van cliënten met complexe psychiatrische problematiek. Samen met je collega’s geef je vorm aan de intake, diagnostiek en behandeling van kinderen, jongeren en hun ouders. Geen dag is hetzelfde: je voert intakes uit, doet psychodiagnostisch onderzoek en denkt actief mee over passende behandelroutes. Ook houd je ontwikkelingen binnen je vakgebied actief bij en vertaal je deze naar je dagelijkse werk. Daarnaast zorg je voor een zorgvuldige registratie, rapportages en evaluaties ten behoeve van het cliëntendossier.

De doelgroep is divers en complex, wat jouw werk inhoudelijk uitdagend en afwisselend maakt. Juist hier komt jouw vakmanschap, creativiteit en flexibiliteit goed tot zijn recht. Binnen ons team werken we laagdrempelig samen, met korte lijnen en oog voor elkaar én voor de cliënt. Er is veel ruimte om mee te denken en je eigen expertise in te brengen. Ervaring met ACT en schematherapie is daarbij mooi meegenomen.

1 dag in de week werk je samen binnen de Gelderse jeugdalliantie. Essentiële functies: dit zijn de integrale hoogspecialistische zorgvormen (niet vallend onder het LTA contract) die zich richten op kwetsbare kinderen en hun gezinnen en/of netwerk. Hun zorgvragen - en de oorzaken ervan - zijn divers (heterogeen). Het is geen eenduidige of samenhangende doelgroep. Er is sprake van meervoudige en complexe zorgvragen. Niet één van de problematieken is bovenliggend, maar het is een combinatie van meerdere kernproblemen en de oplossing/aanpak/ behandeling vraagt om intersectorale samenwerking.

  • Ben jij in het bezit van een diploma tot GZ-psycholoog en BIG-geregistreerd
  • Heb je affiniteit met complexe diagnostiek
  • Ben je bekend met het werken vanuit verschillende referentiekaders
