Als GZ-psycholoog binnen onze kortdurende en monodisciplinaire zorg combineer je zelfstandigheid met een hecht, bevlogen team. Je krijgt hier alle ruimte voor jouw eigen visie en aanpak. Samen met je collega's pionier je in vernieuwende netwerkzorg en help je mensen in een kortere tijd weer op weg.

Dit is je team

Midden in de prachtige Achterhoek, vanuit het moderne RGC Winterswijk (gevestigd in het Streekziekenhuis Koningin Beatrix), kom je terecht in een relatief jong, groeiend en energiek team voor korte en monodisciplinaire behandelingen. Je werkt hier in een klein, betrokken clubje van sociaal psychiatrisch verpleegkundigen, verpleegkundig specialisten, een systeemtherapeut en collega-GZ-psychologen.

Wat we doen? Samen bieden we snelle, toegankelijke en doelgerichte hulp aan mensen met lichte tot matig ernstige psychische klachten. We werken zelforganiserend, wat betekent dat we korte lijnen hebben, veel zelf afstemmen en continu verdieping zoeken. En omdat we onderlinge verbinding minstens zo belangrijk vinden als vakinhoud, hebben we wekelijks een fijn overleg met volop ruimte voor intervisie en een goed gesprek.

Wat ga je doen?

Als GZ-psycholoog bij kort mono ben je de regisseur van je eigen cases. Je combineert regievoering met behandeltrajecten die precies passen bij de cliënt én jouw eigen expertise.

  • Behandelen met impact: Je zet kortdurende, effectieve methodes in (zoals CGT, ACT, EMDR en eHealth)
  • Netwerk betrekken: Je werkt vanuit het KOP-model en kijkt breder dan alleen het individuele gesprek
  • Koers bepalen: Je voert de regie over behandeltrajecten en bepaalt samen met de cliënt de juiste route
  • Kennis delen: Je begeleidt met veel plezier een PIOG of basispsycholoog in hun professionele groei
  • Samen scherp blijven: Je doet actief mee aan intervisie en denkt mee over ons groepsaanbod
  • Buiten de muren kijken: Je zoekt intensief de samenwerking op met o.a. huisartsen en het sociaal domein
  • Vernieuwen: Je denkt actief mee over de doorontwikkeling en innovatie van onze zorg

Dit vragen we van jou

  • Een geldige BIG-registratie als GZ-psycholoog
  • Ervaring met — of een groot hart voor — kortdurend en generalistisch behandelen
  • De zelfstandigheid om vol vertrouwen je eigen caseload te draaien
  • Een analytische blik, betrokkenheid en een stevige dosis vakmanschap
  • Enthousiasme om jongere collega’s te coachen en mee te nemen in het vak
  • Nieuwsgierigheid naar innovaties zoals eHealth en slimme netwerkzorg
  • Energie om te werken in een zelforganiserend team waarin we het samen doen
