Als GZ-psycholoog bepaal jij mede de koers van onze forensische polikliniek en je draagt bij aan een stevig fundament. Verder vervul je een belangrijke rol in ons multidisciplinaire team en help je bij de ontwikkeling en groei van de poli.

Dit is je team

Welkom bij polikliniek De Boog, een ambulant forensisch team van GGNet. Samen met het Forensisch FACT geven wij de ambulante forenische zorg vorm in het gehele zorggebied van GGNet. Dit doen we vanuit onze standplaats Warnsveld en op locaties van GGNet in Apeldoorn en Doetinchem. We werken hiervoor nauw samen met de andere ambulante teams en klinieken van GGNet, en met onze externe ketenpartners.

Binnen polikliniek De Boog werk je op het scherpst van de snede. We richten ons op patiënten waarbij sprake is van grensoverschrijdend gedrag en (dreigend) delictgedrag. Hierbij staat niet alleen de hulpvraag van de patiënt centraal, maar ook de veiligheid van de samenleving. Binnen dit spanningsveld zoeken we de balans tussen therapeutische nabijheid en gezonde begrenzing. Forensische scherpte staat hierbij voorop.

In het werken met deze complexe doelgroep hebben we elkaar als team hard nodig: om inhoudelijk te overleggen, stoom af te blazen of even de zinnen te verzetten. We houden elkaar scherp op de inhoud, maar vinden het ook belangrijk dat er ruimte is voor humor en een beetje lucht. We werken nauw met elkaar samen, met ruimte voor ieders eigenheid. Binnen het team is veel aandacht voor scholing, intervisie en casuïstiekbesprekingen, zodat we continu van elkaar blijven leren.

Wat ga je doen?

Als regiebehandelaar op de polikliniek vervul je een belangrijke rol in het multisciplinaire team. Je indiceert, coördineert en evalueert behandelingen van patiënten als regiebehandelaar, maar voert ook zelf complexe behandelingen en diagnostiek uit. Dat doe je nooit alleen: je werkt nauw samen met andere psychologen, verpleegkundige specialisten, SPV, psychiater en maatschappelijk werk. Daarnaast draag je bij aan het verder ontwikkelen van ons behandelaanbod en onze visie op forensische zorg.

Jouw taken in een notendop:

  • Behandeling: Individueel en in groepen, altijd met aandacht en vakmanschap.
  • Diagnostiek: Verrichten van psychodiagnostiek en risicotaxatie.
  • Deskundigheid: Actieve deelname aan MDO’s, intervisie en casuïstiekbesprekingen.
  • Samenwerking: Je schakelt moeiteloos met interne en externe ketenpartners.
