Binnen ons Diagnostiek Centrum krijg je de ruimte om inhoudelijk het verschil te maken. Je behandelt diagnostische vraagstukken die verder gaan dan standaardonderzoek, denkt mee over innovatie en levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan de ontwikkeling van specialistische diagnostiek binnen heel GGNet.

Dit is je team

Welkom in het Diagnostiek Centrum in Warnsveld. Hier werk je samen met een enthousiast en deskundig team bestaande uit een klinisch psycholoog, klinisch neuropsycholoog, GZ-psychologen, PIOG's en een psychodiagnostisch medewerker. Samen buigen jullie je dagelijks over complexe diagnostische vraagstukken en zetten jullie hoogwaardige diagnostiek in om cliënten verder te helpen.

Het Diagnostiek Centrum is hét expertisecentrum voor specialistische diagnostiek binnen GGNet. Vanuit de verschillende zorgprogramma's worden cliënten naar jullie verwezen voor diagnostische trajecten die vragen om extra expertise. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met een breed netwerk van aandachtsfunctionarissen en andere expertisecentra, waaronder Scelta. Zo draag je bij aan innovatieve, wetenschappelijk onderbouwde en toekomstbestendige diagnostiek die organisatiebreed van betekenis is.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Klinisch Psycholoog ben je een inhoudelijke kartrekker binnen het Diagnostiek Centrum. Je combineert specialistische diagnostiek met inhoudelijk leiderschap en denkt actief mee over de verdere ontwikkeling van het vakgebied.

Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene dag voer je een uitgebreid psychodiagnostisch onderzoek uit, de andere dag spar je met collega's over complexe casuïstiek, begeleid je een psycholoog in opleiding of werk je mee aan de ontwikkeling van nieuw diagnostisch beleid. Juist die combinatie van inhoud, samenwerking en innovatie maakt deze functie veelzijdig en uitdagend.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

  • Het uitvoeren en coördineren van complexe psychodiagnostische onderzoeken.
  • Diagnostiek en indicatiestelling bij cliënten met complexe en meervoudige problematiek.
  • Het ontwikkelen, implementeren en verder professionaliseren van psychodiagnostisch beleid.
  • Het bewaken en verbeteren van de kwaliteit van diagnostiek binnen GGNet.
  • Het opleiden, superviseren en begeleiden van psychologen in opleiding (PIOG/GIOS).
  • Het versterken van samenwerkingen binnen en buiten het diagnostisch netwerk.
  • Het initiëren van innovatieprojecten en bijdragen aan onderwijs en wetenschappelijk onderzoek.

Dit vragen we van jou

Jij bent een Klinisch Psycholoog die energie krijgt van complexe diagnostische vraagstukken en graag meedenkt over de verdere ontwikkeling van het vakgebied. Je combineert inhoudelijke deskundigheid met nieuwsgierigheid, visie en de drive om kennis te delen.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een afgeronde opleiding tot Klinisch Psycholoog en BIG-registratie, of je bent GIOS en rondt de opleiding binnenkort af
  • Aantoonbare affiniteit met specialistische diagnostiek en complexe problematiek
  • Interesse in het opleiden en begeleiden van collega's en professionals in opleiding
  • Een innovatieve blik en de ambitie om diagnostiek verder te ontwikkelen
  • Zelfstandigheid, reflectief vermogen en een proactieve houding
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
