The posting

Binnen de forensische kliniek De Boog (FPA/FPK) van GGNet zijn wij op zoek naar een betrokken klinisch psycholoog. In deze rol draag je bij aan het verder ontwikkelen en uitbreiden van het ASS-cluster, samen met een multidisciplinair team van bevlogen en goed opgeleide professionals.

Dit is je team

Het team Individueel Cluster ASS is een multidisciplinair team dat zich richt op de behandeling van patiënten met complexe problematiek waarbinnen in ieder geval een stoornis op het autismespectrum is vastgesteld, en waarbij de behandelvraag ligt op het snijvlak van justitie en ggz. Co morbiditeit als psychoses, verslaving, persoonlijkheidsproblematiek en/of LVB komen veelvuldig voor. Naast delicten in de geweldssfeer worden ook patiënten geplaatst met zedenproblematiek.

Het team is een stabiel, kundig en betrokken team dat staat voor korte lijnen tussen alle disciplines en het nemen van beslissingen en het pakken van verantwoordelijkheid vanuit alle betrokken medewerkers, onafhankelijk van positie of achtergrond. Het is een team wat zich graag ontwikkelt en altijd zoekt naar nog meer optimale manieren om de zorg vorm te geven, met als primaire doel het recidiverisico terug te dringen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als klinisch psycholoog heb je een kartrekkersfunctie en werk je duaal samen met de teamleider van het cluster. Je houdt je vooral bezig met de inhoudelijke aansturing en doorontwikkeling van het cluster. Daarnaast ben je regiebehandelaar, je geeft psychotherapie, denkt mee in de diagnostiek en blijf je goed op de hoogte of voer je zelf wetenschappelijk onderzoek uit. Het geven van werkbegeleiding en/of supervisie aan collega psychologen behoort ook tot de taken.

Wat vragen we van jou

Jij beschikt als klinisch psycholoog over goede mondelinge en schriftelijke uitdrukkingsvaardigheden. Met jouw flexibiliteit lukt het om aan te passen aan de behoefte van onze patiënt, ook als deze vanuit aanvankelijk wantrouwen zelf geen behoefte heeft om zich te voegen. Je neemt graag het voortouw en beschikt over kwaliteiten om je collega’s te inspireren en kennis over te dragen.

Daarnaast:

  • heb je een afgeronde opleiding tot klinisch psycholoog (inclusief BIG registratie)
  • heb je bij voorkeur ervaring in een forensische setting, waardoor je enige kennis hebt van risicotaxaties en het RNR-model of ben je bereid je hierin te bekwamen
  • heb je kennis over ontwikkelingsproblematiek, specifiek m.b.t. ASS
  • neem je verantwoordelijkheid en hecht je veel waarde aan samenwerking, kwaliteit en klantgerichtheid
