The posting

Binnen GGNet Jong, locatie Zevenaar, zijn wij per direct op zoek naar een enthousiaste Klinisch psycholoog of Psychotherapeut voor 24-36 uur. In deze functie zet jij je in voor kinderen en jongeren tot 23 jaar met complexe psychiatrische problematiek. Werk jij graag in een klein, betrokken team waar samenwerken, inhoudelijke verdieping en zorgvuldigheid centraal staan? Dan maken wij graag kennis met jou.

  • Een contract voor 24-36 uur waarbij de uren bespreekbaar zijn
  • Salaris conform [job.schaal_+_salaris], als psychotherapeut inschaling in FWG65: € 5.294,- tot € 6.918,- (bruto per maand o.b.v. 36 uur p/wk)
  • 8,33% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering
  • Pensioen bij PFZW (50% bijdrage door GGNet)
  • Balansregeling waarmee je extra verlof koopt, trainingen volgt of je uren laat uitbetalen
  • Eigen scholingsbudget van € 1.557,- per jaar voor het behalen van de verplichte registratiepunten voor je 5 jaarlijkse herregistratie

Dit is je team

In het team Jeugd Zevenaar werken we met kinderen en jongeren die op meerdere levensgebieden vastlopen, thuis, op school, op het werk of in hun vrije tijd. Vaak is er al veel hulp geweest, maar is dat niet voldoende geweest of niet passend bij de hulpvraag. Wij kijken verder dan alleen de klacht. Samen met het gezin en het netwerk brengen we in kaart wat er speelt en wat nodig is, op alle leefgebieden. De zorg die we bieden is veelzijdig: soms intensief en kortdurend, soms langduriger, altijd afgestemd op wat nodig is.

Je komt terecht in een betrokken en multidisciplinair team binnen de specialistische jeugd-ggz. De sfeer is open, laagdrempelig en collegiaal. We werken hard, maar vinden het minstens zo belangrijk om elkaar te vinden, te sparren en samen te lachen. Het is een klein team met veel ruimte voor initiatief, innovatie en het verbeteren van zorg. We kennen korte lijnen en een gezamenlijke verantwoordelijkheid voor goede, specialistische zorg.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Klinisch psycholoog of Psychotherapeut binnen ons team:

  • Verricht je complexe diagnostiek bij kinderen en jongeren.
  • Voer je individuele (psychotherapeutische) behandelingen en systeeminterventies uit in een multidisciplinair behandelklimaat.
  • Bied je werkbegeleiding aan collega’s.
  • Vervul je de rol van regiebehandelaar, waarbij je met een helicopterview overzicht houdt, richting geeft aan het behandelproces en intensief samenwerkt met betrokkenen binnen en buiten de organisatie.
  • Als Klinisch psycholoog: lever je daarnaast een actieve bijdrage aan beleidsontwikkeling en innovatie van het behandelaanbod.

Dit vragen we van jou

  • Een afgeronde opleiding tot Psychotherapeut (BIG-geregistreerd) of Klinisch Psycholoog (BIG-geregistreerd)
  • Ruime ervaring met de behandeling van jeugdigen en kennis vanuit diverse psychotherapeutische kaders
  • Affiniteit met complexe psychiatrische problematiek en systeemgericht werken
  • Ervaring met SFT (Schema Focused Therapy) is een pré
  • Je werkt graag samen, denkt mee, ziet wat er nodig is en draagt actief bij aan het team
