Dit is je team

Binnen de Intensieve Voortgezette Behandeling (IVB) Warnsveld bieden we langdurige, klinische zorg aan volwassenen met ernstige psychiatrische aandoeningen (EPA) en complexe problematiek.

De leerafdeling De Meent is een plek waar zorg en ontwikkeling samenkomen. Je werkt in een team met verpleegkundigen, agogen en behandelaren én je begeleidt stagiairs. Op deze leerafdeling werken, maar vooral leren, twaalf stagiaires van verschillende opleidingen samen. De uitwisseling tussen studenten van de opleidingen hbo-verpleegkunde (HBOV), Social Work en mbo-verpleegkunde (MBOV) wordt als zeer waardevol ervaren. Zij leren van en met elkaar.

Jij draagt als coach actief bij aan een open leerklimaat waarin feedback, coaching en reflectie centraal staan.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je biedt herstelgerichte begeleiding of zorg aan EPA-patiënten in een klinische setting
  • Je ondersteunt patiënten bij het versterken van hun zelfredzaamheid en sociale vaardigheden
  • Je coacht stagiaires op de werkvloer en werkt samen met school en opleiding.
  • Je denkt mee in behandel- en begeleidingsplannen.
  • Je bouwt mee aan een open en veilige leeromgeving waarin ruimte is voor groei en samenwerking
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's uit verschillende disciplines

Dit vragen we van jou

✔ Je hebt een Verpleegkunde opleiding op mbo 4 of hbo niveau, incl. BIG registratie ✔ Affiniteit en minimaal 1 a 2 jaar ervaring met psychiatrie en herstelgerichte zorg. ✔ Affiniteit of ervaring met psychiatrie en herstelgerichte zorg ✔ Je kunt goed samenwerken én zelfstandig werken ✔ Je hebt plezier in het begeleiden van mensen in opleiding ✔ Je communiceert open, staat stevig in je schoenen en denkt in kansen
