Bij FPA De Boog, het expertisecentrum forensische psychiatrie van GGNet, zijn we op zoek naar een nieuwe, enthousiaste systeemtherapeut of systeemtherapeutisch werker (STW). Onze huidige collega gaat met pensioen, en dit is jouw kans om aan de slag te gaan in een uitdagende en dynamische omgeving.

Wat bieden wij jou

  • Een contract voor 16-32 uur per week, met de intentie voor onbepaalde tijd (uren in overleg)
  • Salaris conform [job.schaal_+_salaris] bruto per maand (o.b.v. 36 uur p/wk)

Dit is je team

Bij De Boog bieden wij ambulante behandeling en waar nodig FACT-zorg aan. Onze patiënten hebben psychiatrische problemen en komen daardoor in contact met politie en justitie. De behandeling is primair gericht op het voorkomen van delicten. We werken op verschillende niveaus: individueel, in groepen en systemisch. Dit stemmen we af op de behoeften van de patiënt.

Onze polikliniek is kleinschalig maar dynamisch, met zo'n 200 patiënten per jaar. We werken intensief samen met andere poliklinieken, de (F)ACT-teams in de regio en de polikliniek van VGGNet voor verstandelijk beperkte psychiatrische patiënten. Door deze samenwerking bieden we patiënten een breed scala aan behandelingsmogelijkheden.

Bij GGNet werk je op verschillende poli-locaties in Warnsveld, Apeldoorn en Doetinchem, wat je de kans geeft om een gevarieerd werkveld te ervaren. Het werken op meerdere locaties maakt je werk dynamisch en interessant, en je hebt de mogelijkheid om verschillende teams en werkomgevingen te leren kennen. We zorgen ervoor dat je regelmatig centraal in Warnsveld vergadert, zodat je nauw in contact blijft met je collega’s en het team.

Wat ga je doen?

Als systeemtherapeutisch werker weet jij hoe belangrijk het is om de dynamieken binnen gezinnen en relaties te begrijpen en aan te pakken, ook wanneer huiselijk geweld of delictgedrag een rol speelt. Bij De Boog krijg jij de kans om je ervaring en kennis in te zetten voor de forensische doelgroep, waar jij systeemgesprekken voert met echtparen en gezinnen. Je werkt vanuit een eclectische aanpak, waarbij je elementen uit verschillende systeemtherapeutische stromingen combineert om de best passende behandeling te bieden.

Je komt terecht in een multidisciplinair team, waar je samenwerkt met professionals. Deze samenwerking geeft jou de ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen en jouw expertise te verdiepen.

Daarnaast krijg je de mogelijkheid om individuele behandeltrajecten op te pakken, bijvoorbeeld in het kader van een justitiële maatregel of bij dreigend delictgedrag, vaak in samenwerking met de huisarts. Je patiënten hebben een diverse problematiek, variërend van persoonlijkheidsstoornissen en trauma tot (licht) verstandelijke beperkingen en verslaving.

Dit vragen wij van jou

Als systeemtherapeutisch werker ben jij gewend om te werken met complexe gezinsdynamieken. Jij hebt de kennis en het inzicht om een eclectische aanpak toe te passen en weet hoe je samen met je collega's effectieve behandelingen kunt realiseren.

Verder:

  • Heb je een hbo-diploma verpleegkunde of social work
  • Aangevuld met de opleiding systeemtherapie (volledig lidmaatschap NVRG)
  • Ben je een zelfstandige werker die initiatief neemt, maar ook goed samenwerkt binnen een multidisciplinair team
  • Denk je oplossingsgericht en gaat de uitdaging aan om complexe casussen succesvol aan te pakken
  • Heb je een passie voor het werken met cliënten met diverse problematiek, van persoonlijkheidsstoornissen tot verslaving.
