Dit is je team

Je werkt vanuit het Gelre ziekenhuis . Een plek waar jouw expertise echt tot zijn recht komt en waar je dagelijks impact maakt in het leven van mensen die vaak al veel hebben meegemaakt. Maar veel belangrijker: hier maak jij deel uit van een team dat met toewijding en deskundigheid zorg biedt aan asielzoekers, statushouders en ongedocumenteerden.

Onze patiënten delen vaak ervaringen van verlies en trauma, wat zich niet zelden uit in een complexe mix van psychische en somatische klachten. Als VS sla jij de brug tussen deze twee werelden. Je werkt samen in een hecht team van GZ-psychologen, basispsychologen, SPV’ers en maatschappelijk werkers. Binnen dit team staat interdisciplinaire samenwerking centraal: we leren van elkaar, reflecteren op de transculturele context en dagen elkaar uit om creatief en oplossingsgericht te denken.

Wat ga je doen?

Als VS voer je de regie over complexe behandeltrajecten, van intake tot ontslag. Je combineert verpleegkundige vakkennis met medisch-psychiatrische behandelbevoegdheden en kijkt verder dan alleen de diagnose; je hebt oog voor de mens in zijn gehele context.

  • Diagnostiek en farmacotherapie: Je verricht psychiatrisch en somatisch onderzoek, stelt diagnoses en bent verantwoordelijk voor het voorschrijven en monitoren van medicatie binnen een interculturele setting.
  • Regiebehandelaarschap: Je coördineert het volledige behandeltraject en bewaakt de voortgang en de samenhang tussen somatische zorg en psychologische interventies.
  • Behandeling: Je past evidence-based methodieken toe (zoals trauma-geïnformeerde zorg), waarbij je rekening houdt met taalbarrières en culturele verklaringsmodellen voor ziekte.
  • Consultatie, coaching en deskundigheid: Je bent een vraagbaak voor collega’s op het gebied van medische aspecten en biedt actieve coaching om de deskundigheid binnen het team te bevorderen.
  • Innovatie en kwaliteit: Je draagt actief bij aan de doorontwikkeling van het zorgaanbod en kwaliteitsverbetering, specifiek gericht op de integratie van leefstijl, somatiek en psyche bij vluchtelingen.

Dit vragen we van jou

  • Je diploma Verpleegkundig Specialist GGZ (MANP/Master Advanced Nursing Practice) + BIG-registratie, met MSR-registratie en AGB-code
  • Een drive om jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen en bij te dragen aan innovatie in de zorg
  • Het vermogen snel te schakelen, prioriteiten te stellen en kalmte te bewaren, ook in hectiek
  • Stevigheid en professionaliteit, juist in weerbarstige of spanningsvolle situaties
