Een functie, twee organisaties: GGNet en IrisZorg zoeken samen een verpleegkundig specialist in Apeldoorn. Wil jij als verpleegkundig specialist jouw expertise breed inzetten, in een multidisciplinair team en met aandacht voor zowel psychiatrie als verslavingszorg? GGNet en IrisZorg bundelen hun krachten in Apeldoorn om samen zorg te bieden aan mensen met complexe psychiatrische en vaak meervoudige problematiek. Deze unieke functie biedt je de kans om beide werelden optimaal te benutten. Jij kiest welke werkomgeving het beste bij jou past – of combineert ze – en samen bepalen we het aantal uren en de verdeling.

Dit is je team

Je versterkt ons FACT-team, waar je werkt met cliënten die naast psychiatrische of LVB-problematiek vaak ook kampen met verslaving, somatische aandoeningen en maatschappelijke uitdagingen. Denk aan metabool syndroom, hart- en leverfalen of de gevolgen van langdurig middelengebruik. Jij onderzoekt, beoordeelt, schrijft voor en bespreekt complexe psychiatrische vraagstukken. Waar anderen vastlopen, vind jij wegen vooruit, met harm reduction als leidraad.

Samen met verslavingsartsen, psychiaters, psychologen en ketenpartners pak je de meest uitdagende casuïstiek aan. Het team op het Hoogeland in Beekbergen is hecht, divers en laagdrempelig, met een flinke dosis humor. Er is volop ruimte om de zorg te vernieuwen, mee te bouwen aan verbeteringen en eigen initiatieven te ontplooien.

Wat ga je doen?

Je komt te werken in het ambulante team waar we specialistische ggz-behandeling bieden aan cliënten met complexe psychiatrische problematiek. We werken diagnose-overstijgend, zowel individueel als in groepen. Ook bieden we outreachende hulp. Je komt te werken in een enthousiast en leergierig team waarin we actieve bijdrage wordt gewaardeerd.

In deze rol schrijf je voor en houd je je bezig met onderzoeken, behandelen en begeleiden volgens de nieuwste richtlijnen en protocollen. Je coördineert zorgprogramma’s en geeft patiënten inzicht en vertrouwen door hen deskundig te adviseren over hun aandoening, behandeling en de gevolgen daarvan. Vanuit een academisch en analytisch denkkader waarborg je samen met collega’s de kwaliteit en continuïteit van zorg. Bovendien ben je een actieve kennisdeler: je inspireert en onderwijst zowel binnen de organisatie als daarbuiten, onder meer via symposia en workshops.

Dit vragen we van jou

  • Je diploma Verpleegkundig Specialist GGZ (MANP/Master Advanced Nursing Practice) + BIG-registratie, met MSR-registratie en AGB-code
  • Passie voor complexe, meervoudige problematiek
  • Ervaring in de verslavingszorg is een pré, maar geen must; jouw leergierigheid telt.
  • Een drive om jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen en bij te dragen aan innovatie in de zorg.
  • Het vermogen snel te schakelen, prioriteiten te stellen en kalmte te bewaren, ook in hectiek.
  • Stevigheid en professionaliteit, juist in weerbarstige of spanningsvolle situaties.
  • Een open houding, humor en relativeringsvermogen, waarmee je makkelijk samenwerkt met collega’s én de omgeving van de cliënt.
