Werk jij graag aan verbinding en ontwikkeling vanuit de inhoud? Voor de kliniek behandeling van GGNet Ouderen in Apeldoorn zoeken wij een enthousiaste en tactvolle psychiatrisch verpleegkundige. Samen met de patiënt en het multidisciplinaire team lever je een actieve bijdrage aan de behandeling. Een dynamische werkomgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is.

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Contract voor 24-36 uur per week, met intentie tot vast dienstverband.
  • Een salaris conform [job.schaal_+_salaris] bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur per week
  • 8,33% vakantietoeslag én 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Pensioenopbouw via PFZW, waarbij GGNet 50% van de premie betaalt.
  • Balansregeling van € 1.000 bruto (o.b.v. 36 uur) te besteden aan extra vrije tijd, opleiding of uitbetaling.

Wat ga je doen?

Binnen de kliniek behandeling werk je in alle voorkomende diensten. Samen met verschillende disciplines ondersteun je het herstel van ouderen met uiteenlopende psychiatrische aandoeningen vanuit een holistische visie. Je begeleidt patiënten en hun naasten tijdens verschillende herstelfasen, van opname tot resocialisatie naar huis of een andere woonvorm.

Samen stel je hersteldoelen op en vertaal je deze naar de behandelingsgroepen die worden aangeboden. Overdag en ’s nachts stem je jouw begeleiding af op de behoeften en mogelijkheden van de patiënt en zorg je voor een passende benadering.

Dit is je team

GGNet Ouderen in Apeldoorn biedt specialistische zorg aan ouderen met psychiatrische problematiek, zowel klinisch als via deeltijdbehandeling. De kliniek bestaat uit crisisopname en diagnostiek, behandeling en voortgezette behandeling.

Op de behandelafdeling werk je in een multidisciplinair team met onder andere een psychiater, arts en verpleegkundig specialist. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met andere afdelingen en het activiteitenteam. Verpleegkundigen en agogen bundelen hierbij hun kennis en ervaring.

Dit vragen we van jou

  • Mbo- of hbo-diploma Verpleegkunde, inclusief BIG-registratie en AGB-code (of bereid deze aan te vragen).
  • Ervaring binnen de GGZ, met somatische zorg en het begeleiden van patiënten in verschillende herstelfasen.
  • Kennis van passende interventies, methodieken en groepsdynamische processen; ervaring met groepswerk is een pré.
  • Verpleegkundig leiderschap, een sterke teamgerichte instelling en oog voor kwaliteit van zorg.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, waardoor je gemakkelijk schakelt tussen verschillende niveaus en professioneel omgaat met weerstand.
  • Je bent rustig, besluitvaardig en behoudt overzicht in complexe situaties.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig, ontwikkelingsgericht, reflecteert op je eigen handelen en draagt actief bij aan het verbeteren van de zorg.
