The posting

Heb je altijd al willen werken op de Zuidas en in de buurt van het Vondelpark dan is dit je baan! Wanneer je nu onderdeel gaat worden van ons team stap je net op tijd in om de volgende ontwikkelingen nog mee te kunnen maken.

In juni gaan we werken met de AI tool spraakgestuurd rapporteren. We verwachten hier onder andere de administratie druk te kunnen verlichten.

Daarnaast kun je nog een training krijgen in Metalist Based Therapie. Heb je zelf wensen of ideeën over je eigen leertraject dan denken we graag met je mee.

Waar ga je werken?

  • Werken bij het IHT betekent nooit van tevoren weten hoe je dag zal verlopen. Je werkt samen met diverse ketenpartners zoals politie en huisartsen. Dit brengt een grote verantwoordelijkheid met zich mee. Het werk is onregelmatig, dynamisch en zeer leerzaam.
  • Wanneer je bij ons start, stap je op een interessant moment in. Vanaf juni werken we met spraakgestuurd rapporteren (AI). Minder administratie, meer tijd voor je patiënt. Precies zoals het hoort.
  • Buiten kantoortijden neemt de crisisdienst ook waar voor dichtbijzijnde verslavingszorg en jeugdhulpverlening, waarbij het eveneens om acute crisissituaties gaat. Daarnaast kunnen cliënten van GGZ inGeest 's avonds en 's nachts met de crisisdienst overleggen. De crisisdienst verzorgt buiten kantoortijd de medische behandeling van cliënten in de klinieken van GGZ inGeest binnen de regio.
  • Je komt terecht in een multidisciplinair team bestaande uit psychiaters, verpleegkundig specialisten, basisartsen, verpleegkundigen, artsen in opleiding en huisartsen in opleiding.

Wat kun je verwachten?

  • Als ambulant verpleegkundige bij KIC werk je altijd samen. Bij GGZ inGeest bied je structuur en zorg aan cliënten in crisissituaties. Je bent in staat om snel te observeren en signaleren, zodat je de situatie kunt beoordelen en een behandelplan kunt opstellen om de cliënt zo snel mogelijk weer stabiel te maken. Dit doe je niet alleen, maar samen met een multidisciplinair team van regiebehandelaren, verpleegkundigen en begeleiders.
  • Naast crisis stabilisatie voer je ook verpleegtechnische handelingen uit en zorg je voor aanmelding en consultatie ten behoeve van de cliënt. Je voert intake- en zorgafstemmingsgesprekken met verwijzers om te bepalen of kortdurende intensieve zorg nodig is.

Ook belangrijk

  • Je bent inzetbaar voor vroege diensten, late diensten en nachtdiensten.
  • Je hebt een hbo-opleiding verpleegkundige afgerond.
  • Je krijgt direct een vast dienstverband.
  • De functie is ingeschaald in FWG 55 cao GGZ.
