Werk multidisciplinair en outreachend met cliënten met ernstige psychiatrische aandoeningen binnen FACT. Bij GGZ inGeest staan herstel en samenwerking centraal. Je blijft verbonden met de academische wereld en krijgt volop ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

Hier maak jij het verschil

Het FACT-team behandelt volwassenen tot 65 jaar met een ernstige psychiatrische aandoening (EPA). Zij hebben hulpvragen op verschillende levensgebieden, zoals wonen, werken, zingeving, gezondheid, financiën en sociale contacten.

We werken volgens de F-ACT-methode: een intensieve vorm van ambulante en wijkgerichte behandeling, waarbij verschillende disciplines vanuit een herstelgerichte visie samenwerken binnen één team. De behandelingen vinden zoveel mogelijk plaats in de eigen omgeving van de cliënt.

Daarbij zoeken we altijd actief de samenwerking op met de cliënt, diens naasten en ketenpartners. Ons uitgangspunt is om zo goed mogelijk aan te sluiten bij de persoonlijke doelen en wensen van de cliënt.

Binnen FACT werk je in een multidisciplinair team van psychiaters, verpleegkundig specialisten, GZ-psychologen, basisartsen, ambulant verpleegkundigen en begeleiders, maatschappelijk werkers, IPS-jobcoaches en trajectbegeleiders. Het team heeft korte lijnen met ketenpartners en collega’s van andere afdelingen binnen GGZ inGeest.

Jouw rol als basisarts

Als basisarts binnen het FACT-team werk je nooit alleen. Je hebt een eigen caseload en werkt nauw samen met het multidisciplinaire team en verschillende verwijzers. Ook neem je deel aan multidisciplinaire teamoverleggen en behandelplanbesprekingen.

Je werkt outreachend en ziet cliënten daarom regelmatig in hun eigen omgeving. Je voert intakegesprekken, medicatieconsulten, begeleidende contacten en lichamelijk onderzoek uit. Samen met de cliënt stel je behandelplannen op, die je vervolgens verder uitwerkt.

Daarnaast bied je andere teamleden consultatie en advies over de medische aspecten van de zorg. Door afspraken waar nodig regelmatig op te volgen, draag je bij aan de continuïteit van de behandeling.

Onder supervisie van een ervaren psychiater neem je deel aan het dienstensysteem van GGZ inGeest.

Goed om te weten

  • Je hebt de opleiding tot basisarts afgerond en bent als basisarts BIG-geregistreerd.
  • Binnen GGZ inGeest bieden we opleidingsplaatsen tot psychiater aan. Wanneer je hier als interne kandidaat op solliciteert, word je standaard uitgenodigd voor de eerste sollicitatieronde.
  • Werken als basisarts binnen GGZ inGeest is een goede voorbereiding op de opleiding tot somatisch specialist, huisarts of psychiater.
  • Voor basisartsen hebben we verschillende onderwijs- en intervisieprogramma’s ontwikkeld.
  • De functie is ingeschaald in FWG 65 van de cao ggz.
