The posting

Werk multidisciplinair en outreachend met cliënten met ernstige psychiatrische aandoeningen bij FACT. Bij GGZ inGeest staan herstel en samenwerking centraal. Blijf verbonden met de academische wereld en ontwikkel je verder.

Waar kom je te werken?

  • Het FACT team behandelt volwassenen (tot 65 jaar) met een ernstig psychiatrische aandoening (EPA) en hulpvragen op verschillende levensgebieden, zoals wonen, werken, zingeving, gezondheid, financiën en sociale contacten.
  • Er wordt gewerkt volgens de F-ACT-methode: een intensieve vorm van ambulante, wijkgerichte behandeling vanuit een herstelgericht oogpunt door verschillende mensen die in één team samenwerken. Behandelingen vinden zo veel als mogelijk plaats in de eigen omgeving van de cliënt.
  • Er wordt altijd actief gezocht naar de samenwerking met de cliënt, diens naasten en ketenpartners. Ons uitgangspunt blijft om aansluiting te vinden bij de doelen en wensen van de cliënt.
  • Binnen FACT wordt gewerkt in multidisciplinair teams bestaande uit psychiaters, verpleegkundig specialisten, gz-psychologen, basisartsen, ambulant verpleegkundigen/begeleiders, maatschappelijk werkers, ips-jobcoaches en trajectbegeleiders. Het team heeft korte lijnen met onze ketenpartners en collega's van andere afdelingen binnen GGZ inGeest.

Jouw rol

  • Als basisarts binnen het FACT-team werk je altijd samen. Je hebt een eigen caseload, maar je werkt binnen het multidisciplinaire team en met verschillende verwijzers. Je sluit aan bij multidisciplinaire teamoverleggen en behandelplan besprekingen.
  • Je werkt outreachend, wat betekent dat je cliënten vaak in hun eigen omgeving ziet. Je voert intakegesprekken, medicatieconsulten, begeleidende contacten en lichamelijk onderzoek uit. Je stelt behandelplannen op in samenspraak met de cliënt en werkt deze uit.
  • Je biedt consultatie en advies aan andere teamleden over medische aspecten van de zorg voor cliënten en zorgt voor een continuüm van zorg door regelmatige opvolging van afspraken indien nodig.
  • Onder supervisie van een ervaren psychiater neem je deel aan het dienstensysteem van GGZ inGeest.

  • Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding tot basisarts en bent BIG-geregistreerd als basisarts.
  • Binnen GGZ inGeest bieden we psychiater opleidingsplaatsen aan. Je wordt (als je dat wilt) standaard uitgenodigd voor de eerste sollicitatieronde.
  • Werken als basisarts biedt een goede voorbereiding op de opleiding tot somatisch specialist, huisarts of psychiater.
  • Voor basisartsen zijn er diverse onderwijs- en intervisie programma's ontwikkeld bij GGZ inGeest.
  • Je krijgt een dienstband voor de periode van één jaar.
  • De functie is ingeschaald in FWG 65 cao ggz.
