Heb je hart voor de sociale psychiatrie, deins je niet terug voor complexe casuïstiek en vind je het leuk om te putten uit verschillende behandelmethoden? Dan is deze vacature iets voor jou! Vanuit onze locatie Amstelmere in Amstelveen werken we samen met teamgenoten aan complexe problematiek en bieden we ambulante zorg aan cliënten met een ernstig psychiatrische aandoening.

Passende zorg voor jouw cliënten

  • Wij werken volgens de FACT-methodiek: een intensieve, ambulante en wijkgerichte behandelaanpak, gericht op herstel. Binnen één multidisciplinair team bundelen collega’s hun krachten om de best mogelijke zorg te bieden.
  • Je gaat aan de slag binnen twee FACT-teams: Amstelland en Amstelveen. Daarbij krijg je alle ruimte om bij te dragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van beide teams én om de onderlinge samenwerking te versterken.
  • Ons uitgangspunt is om aan te sluiten bij de doelen en wensen van de cliënt. Dit doen we samen met de cliënt, diens naasten en onze ketenpartners. Waar nodig vindt de behandeling plaats in de eigen leefomgeving van de cliënt — zo kort als het kan en zo lang als nodig.

Passende werkomgeving voor jou

  • Als klinisch psycholoog maak je deel uit van twee FACT-teams. In jouw rol als regiebehandelaar werk je nauw samen met het multidisciplinaire team en met verwijzers. Je hebt een actieve rol in teamoverleggen en bespreekt regelmatig behandelplannen met collega’s.
  • Je richt je op de behandeling van cliënten met ernstige psychiatrische en psychosociale problematiek, vaak in combinatie met complexe maatschappelijke uitdagingen. Je diagnosticeert en behandelt uiteenlopende (comorbide) aandoeningen, zoals psychoses, angst- en stemmingsstoornissen, persoonlijkheidsstoornissen, ontwikkelingsstoornissen en PTSS.
  • In je werk maak je gebruik van verschillende behandelmethoden, waaronder CGT (-P en VERS), EMDR en ACT — passend bij de hulpvraag van onze doelgroep.
  • Je vervult een belangrijke rol als inhoudelijk expert. Je biedt consultatie en advies aan collega’s, zoals psychiaters, ambulant verpleegkundigen/begeleiders en maatschappelijk werkers, bij complexe casussen. Ook denk je actief mee over het ontwikkelen en implementeren van behandelstrategieën.
  • Binnen GGZ inGeest maak je deel uit van een netwerk van FACT-psychologen. Iedere zes weken komen jullie samen om casussen te bespreken en kennis en ervaring met elkaar uit te wisselen. Zo blijf je voortdurend leren en ontwikkelen binnen een betrokken en deskundige vakgroep.
  • Bij GGZ inGeest behandelen we in elk team ook cliënten met trauma, volgens onze visie Trauma Eerst – ook bij comorbiditeit. Wil je meer verdieping? Dan kun je meedoen aan de traumatrein: een intensief behandelprogramma voor cliënten met meervoudig trauma, de zogenoemde trauma trein. Collega's uit verschillende teams en clusters werken hierin samen en vinden het leuk, leerzaam en interessant: "Het zorgt voor afwisseling en is een fijne manier van samenwerken".

Ook belangrijk

  • Je bent BIG geregistreerd als klinisch psycholoog.
  • Ervaring met bovengenoemde behandelmethoden is een pré.
  • Het geven van werkbegeleiding en supervisie aan (GZ-)psychologen in opleiding behoort tot de mogelijkheden.
  • Je krijgt direct een vast dienstverband.
  • De functie is ingeschaald in FWG 75 cao GGZ.
