The posting

Als (nacht-) verpleegkundige bij GGZ inGeest werk je altijd samen. Dit doe je op één van onze klinieken. Je speelt een belangrijke rol binnen het behandelteam. Observeer en signaleer veranderingen en draag bij aan een veilige en steunende omgeving. Samen maken we het verschil voor onze cliënten.

Passende zorg voor jouw cliënten

  • De kliniek ouderen is een opname-afdeling met ongeveer 22 opnameplekken en een crisisbed. Onze cliëntenpopulatie bestaat uit ouderen (65+) met acute psychiatrische problemen. Binnen onze kliniek behandelen we een breed scala aan problemen in de ouderenpsychiatrie, waaronder psychoses, bipolaire stoornissen, depressies en persoonlijkheidsstoornissen.
  • Wij streven ernaar de juiste ondersteuning te bieden. Samen met de cliënt, hun familie en een ambulant team stellen we direct heldere behandeldoelen en termijnen op. Ons doel is om effectieve en persoonlijke zorg te leveren die aansluit bij de behoeften van onze cliënten.
  • Ons multidisciplinaire team bestaat uit verpleegkundigen, begeleiders, psychiaters, artsen, maatschappelijk werkers en vaktherapeuten. We hebben uitstekende samenwerkingsverbanden met ziekenhuizen en andere zorgklinieken en bedienen cliënten uit een groot deel van de regio.
  • Je komt te werken in een team dat zich inzet voor de best mogelijke zorg en begeleiding, waarbij samenwerking en professionaliteit centraal staan.

Passende werkomgeving voor jou

  • Als nachtverpleegkundige speel je een cruciale rol in het bewaken van rust en veiligheid. Je biedt de nodige begeleiding en verzorging, biedt cliënten structuur aan en kunt hierbij duidelijk begrenzen. Dit kan betekenen dat je een luisterend oor biedt met een kopje warme melk, of juist directief een cliënt naar zijn eigen kamer verwijst.
  • Je biedt structuur en zorg aan onze cliënten. Je begeleidt hen, observeert hun fysieke en mentale gesteldheid, en signaleert veranderingen. Je werkt de-escalerend, signaleert crisissituaties en biedt ondersteuning bij interventies.
  • In de ochtend zorg je voor een volledige overdracht naar je collega's, wat voor ons van groot belang is. Daarnaast kun je medicatie (baxters) uitzetten en bestellingen plaatsen bij onze apotheek. Indien mogelijk werk je samen met één andere collega.
  • Je werkt overwegend nachtdiensten van 22:45 tot 7:45. We houden ons aan de CAO en de arbeidstijdenwet, wat betekent dat je maximaal 43 nachtdiensten per 16 opeenvolgende weken mag werken. In een periode van 52 weken mag je maximaal 140 nachtdiensten werken. Op jouw verzoek is het mogelijk om meer dan vijf nachtdiensten achter elkaar te werken, maar nooit meer dan zeven opeenvolgend. Wil je meer werken? Dat kan! In overleg kun je ook dag- of avonddiensten werken.

Ook belangrijk

  • Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding mbo-4 verpleegkunde of sociaal maatschappelijk dienstverlening of een afgeronde opleiding hbo verpleegkundige of sociaal pedagogisch hulpverlener.
  • Je krijgt direct een vast dienstverband.
  • De functie is ingeschaald in FWG 40/45/50 cao ggz.
