Bij de Spoedeisende Psychiatrie Kennemerland ben je er op momenten waarop het voor mensen niet meer lukt. Je beoordeelt acute psychiatrische crisissituaties, neemt beslissingen onder druk en zorgt samen met collega’s dat iemand weer grip krijgt op zijn/haar situatie.

Je werkt afwisselend:

  • Outreachend of op locatie, als ambulant verpleegkundige
  • Op de meldkamer, als triagist en eerste aanspreekpunt voor huisartsen, politie en SEH etc
  • Je werkt overwegend nachtdiensten

Geen dag is hetzelfde. En je staat er nooit alleen voor.

Wat je concreet doet

  • Beoordelen van acute psychiatrische crisissituaties, altijd samen met een collega
  • Snel inschatten wat nodig is: stabiliseren, opschalen of juist voorkomen van opname
  • Als triagist: meldingen aannemen, analyseren, prioriteren en coördineren
  • Intensief samenwerken met psychiaters (achterwacht), collega-verpleegkundigen en ketenpartners
  • Meedraaien in een 24/7-rooster (onregelmatige diensten horen erbij)

Wat we van jou vragen

  • Hbo-verpleegkundige met BIG-registratie
  • Bij voorkeur minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in de acute psychiatrie
  • Je kunt scherp blijven onder druk
  • Je durft verantwoordelijkheid te nemen, maar vraagt ook hulp als dat nodig is
