Bij FACT Hoofddorp Zuid krijg je veel professionele vrijheid, werk je samen met betrokken collega's uit vrijwel alle disciplines en behandel je cliënten in een regio waar de ruimte van de polder en de voorzieningen van de stad samenkomen.

Als psychiater kijk je verder dan de diagnose. Samen met cliënten, hun naasten en ketenpartners werk je vanuit de herstelgedachte aan een leven met zoveel mogelijk zelfstandigheid, regie en betekenis.

Waar ga je werken?

Het FACT-team behandelt volwassenen tot 65 jaar met ernstige psychiatrische aandoeningen (EPA) en hulpvragen op verschillende levensgebieden, zoals wonen, werken, gezondheid, financiën, zingeving en sociale contacten.

Wij werken volgens de F-ACT-methodiek: intensieve ambulante, wijkgerichte zorg waarbij behandeling zoveel mogelijk plaatsvindt in de eigen leefomgeving van de cliënt. Daarbij werken we nauw samen met cliënten, hun naasten en ketenpartners. De wensen en doelen van de cliënt vormen altijd het uitgangspunt.

FACT Hoofddorp bestaat uit twee multidisciplinaire teams van ieder ongeveer tien collega's. Binnen de teams zijn vrijwel alle disciplines vertegenwoordigd, waaronder psychiaters, GZ-psychologen ambulant verpleegkundigen, maatschappelijk werkers en IPS-jobcoaches. De teams werken ieder in een eigen deel van de Haarlemmermeer, maar trekken intensief met elkaar op en weten elkaar gemakkelijk te vinden.

Naast de inhoud van het werk maakt juist het team deze functie bijzonder. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar veel ervaring aanwezig is en collega's graag kennis met elkaar delen. Er is volop ruimte om mee te denken, te vernieuwen en jezelf te ontwikkelen. Verschillende inzichten worden gewaardeerd en het open gesprek staat centraal.

De sfeer is informeel en betrokken. Er wordt hard gewerkt, maar ook veel gelachen. Collega's staan voor elkaar klaar, geven elkaar vertrouwen en nemen eigenaarschap over hun werk. Daardoor krijg je veel ruimte om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen en initiatief te tonen.

Werken in de Haarlemmermeer betekent werken in een regio waar rust, ruimte en stedelijke voorzieningen samenkomen. Lange polderwegen, veel groen en een afwisselende cliëntenpopulatie zorgen voor een prettige werkomgeving. Je behandelt cliënten met zowel grootstedelijke problematiek als hulpvragen uit de omliggende dorpen.

Je werkt vanuit onze locatie Spaarnepoort in Hoofddorp, vlak bij de Drie Merenweg. Hierdoor zijn Amsterdam, Haarlem en Amstelveen uitstekend bereikbaar.

Wat kun je verwachten?

Als psychiater ben je een belangrijke inhoudelijke spil binnen het team. Je werkt intensief samen met collega's, verwijzers en ketenpartners en neemt deel aan multidisciplinaire overleggen en behandelplanbesprekingen.

Je:

  • stelt behandelplannen op en superviseert deze;
  • schrijft medicatie voor en monitort de behandeling;
  • biedt consultatie en advies bij complexe casuïstiek;
  • begeleidt en superviseert artsen, verpleegkundig specialisten en GZ-psychologen;
  • werkt samen met cliënten, familie en ketenpartners aan herstelgerichte zorg.
