Over de afdeling

  • Je komt te werken op de polikliniek jongvolwassenen. Deze polikliniek biedt ambulante gespecialiseerde zorg aan cliënten van 18 tot 25 jaar met een breed scala aan psychiatrische klachten.
  • Met behulp van onze ervaringswerkers hebben we een aantal mooie psycho-educatie modules ontwikkeld en ons diagnostisch proces proberen we continu te verbeteren en up-to date te houden.
  • Je maakt deel uit van een groot multidisciplinair team met onder andere psychiaters, basisartsen, klinisch en gz-psychologen, basispsychologen, psychotherapeuten, verpleegkundig specialisten, systeemtherapeuten en een trajectbegeleider.
  • Het team stemt in goede samenwerking behandeldoelen af op de vraag van de cliënt, zijn familie en de verwijzers.
  • Op onze afdeling is oog voor de enorme neurodiversiteit die er in de samenleving is en doen we ons best om mensen hun krachten en kwetsbaarheden in kaart te brengen, zodat ze van daaruit verder kunnen groeien.
  • Er wordt hierbij gebruik gemaakt van de mogelijkheden van eHealth en blended behandelen.
  • De afdeling neemt deel aan wetenschappelijk onderzoek en organiseert bij- en nascholing.
  • We bieden zorg aan jongvolwassenen in Amsterdam en Haarlem.

Wat ga je doen als Psychiater?

  • Als psychiater bij de polikliniek Jongvolwassenen ben je regiebehandelaar van cliënten die bij ons in behandeling zijn. Je levert een actieve bijdrage aan de diagnostiek en de totstandkoming, evaluatie en bijstelling van behandelplannen en je participeert in de teambesprekingen.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan ontwikkelingen in beleid en kwaliteit van zorg. Ook participeer je als behandelaar in onderzoeksbehandelingen.
  • Daarnaast speel je een actieve rol in het bieden van supervisie en ondersteuning aan andere teamleden, zoals artsen in opleiding, verpleegkundig specialisten en gz-psychologen, om de kwaliteit van zorg te waarborgen en hun professionele ontwikkeling te stimuleren.
  • We organiseren psychiatrie- en intervisie-avonden voor inspiratie en onderlinge cohesie.
  • Je neemt deel aan de psychiater-achterwachtdienst van GGZ inGeest.

Ook belangrijk

  • Je komt te werken op de polikliniek Jongvolwassenen, locatie Zuiderpoort in Haarlem.
  • Je hebt een (bijna) afgeronde opleiding tot psychiater.
  • Je bent geregistreerd als psychiater in het BIG-register en bij de Registratiecommissie Geneeskundig Specialisten (RGS).
  • Je krijgt een contract voor onbepaalde tijd.
  • De functie is ingeschaald in AMS cao GGZ.
