Over de afdeling

  • Je komt te werken op de polikliniek ouderen. Deze polikliniek biedt ambulante gespecialiseerde zorg aan cliënten boven de 65 jaar met een complexe, ernstige depressie, complexe ernstige angst of een bipolaire stoornis.
  • Het betreft een vaste functie voor minimaal 16 uur per week
  • Bij GGZ inGeest behandelen we in elk team ook cliënten met trauma, volgens onze visie Trauma Eerst – ook bij comorbiditeit. Wil je meer verdieping? Dan kun je meedoen aan de traumatrein: een intensief behandelprogramma voor cliënten met meervoudig trauma, de zogenoemde trauma trein. Collega's uit verschillende teams en clusters werken hierin samen en vinden het leuk, leerzaam en interessant: "Het zorgt voor afwisseling en is een fijne manier van samenwerken".
  • De polikliniek biedt diagnostiek, individuele behandeling en groepstherapie zoals interpersoonlijke psychotherapie (IPT), sociaal ritme therapie (SRT) en cognitieve gedragstherapie voor insomnie (CGT-i). Verder bieden wij wandelgroepen aan.
  • Je komt te werken in een multidisciplinair team met sociaal psychiatrisch verpleegkundigen, psychiaters, specialist ouderengeneeskunde, artsen in opleiding tot specialist (huisarts, interne ouderengeneeskunde, psychiatrie), GZ psychologen, basispsychologen en psychologen in opleiding, muziektherapeut en co-assistent.
  • We bieden zorg aan ouderen vanuit de locaties Amsterdam en Haarlem.

Wat ga je doen als Psychiater?

  • Als psychiater bij poliklinieken lever je een actieve bijdrage aan de diagnostiek en de totstandkoming, evaluatie en bijstelling van behandelplannen en je participeert in de teambesprekingen.
  • Het verrichten van psychiatrische diagnostiek en het stellen van indicaties is deel van jouw werkzaamheden.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan ontwikkelingen in beleid en kwaliteit van zorg. Ook participeer je, indien van toepassing, als behandelaar in onderzoeksbehandelingen.
  • Daarnaast speel je een actieve rol in het bieden van supervisie en ondersteuning aan andere teamleden, zoals artsen in opleiding, verpleegkundig specialisten en gz-psychologen, om de kwaliteit van zorg te waarborgen en hun professionele ontwikkeling te stimuleren.
  • We organiseren psychiatrie- en intervisie-avonden voor inspiratie en onderlinge cohesie.
  • Je neemt deel aan de psychiater-achterwachtdienst van GGZ inGeest.

Ook belangrijk

  • Je bent geregistreerd als psychiater in het BIG-register en bij de registratiecommissie geneeskundig specialisten (RGS).
  • Je krijgt direct een vast dienstverband. De functie is ingeschaald in FWG AMS cao ggz.
  • Je komt in vaste dienst bij GGZ inGeest. In eerste instantie zal je werkzaam zijn binnen de polikliniek Ouderen. Zodra de huidige psychiater terugkeert, kijken we samen naar een passende plek binnen één van onze andere poliklinieken. Zo is er ruimte om ook op langere termijn een plek te vinden die goed aansluit bij jouw expertise en interesses.
