Over de afdeling

  • Je komt te werken op de generalistische polikliniek Persoonlijkheidsstoornissen/Angst en Depressie in Haarlem.
  • Je werkt samen in een informeel, betrokken multidisciplinair team. Het team bestaat uit een psychiater, klinisch psychologen, GZ-psychologen, basispsychologen, verpleegkundigen, vaktherapeuten en verschillende collega’s in opleiding zoals een GIOS/PIOG/VIOS.
  • Je hebt te maken met een rijke diversiteit aan cliënten. Naast de aard van de problematiek lopen bijvoorbeeld ook de leeftijd, (culturele) achtergrond, maatschappelijke omstandigheden en taalvaardigheid sterk uiteen.
  • Het behandelaanbod bestaat uit het geven van evidence based behandelingen volgens de richtlijnen, zowel individueel als in een groep. Dit omvat cognitieve gedragstherapie, interpersoonlijke psychotherapie, schema focused therapy (SFT), Transdiagnostisch Modulaire Therapie (TMT) en farmacotherapie.
  • Bij GGZ inGeest behandelen we in elk team ook cliënten met trauma, volgens onze visie Trauma Eerst – ook bij comorbiditeit. De individuele traumabehandelingen in Zorgpad I bestaan uit EMDR, IE en ImRS. Zorgpad II - de traumatrein - is een intensief behandelprogramma voor cliënten met meervoudig trauma, de zogenoemde trauma trein. Collega's uit verschillende teams en clusters werken hierin samen en vinden het leuk, leerzaam en interessant: "Het zorgt voor afwisseling en is een fijne manier van samenwerken".
  • Er is een intensieve samenwerking met de academische afdeling die naast opleiding een belangrijke taak heeft in de academische patiëntenzorg en in het opzetten en uitvoeren van wetenschappelijk onderzoek.

Wat ga je doen Psychiater?

  • Als specialist/regiebehandelaar word je ingezet bij intakes, psychodiagnostiek, indicatiestelling en second opinions. Tevens voer je onafhankelijke beoordelingen in het kader van de WVGGZ uit.
  • Je denkt actief mee in het generalistische, multidisciplinaire team over diagnostiek en behandelbeleid.
  • Je doet farmacotherapie, voert onderhoudende gesprekken met cliënten en schrijft medicatie voor.
  • Je hebt een superviserende rol en je ondersteunt andere teamleden om de kwaliteit van zorg te waarborgen en professionele ontwikkeling mogelijk te maken
  • Je draait mee in het achterwachtrooster van de poliklinieken binnen kantoortijden en neemt deel aan het psychiater-achterwachtdienstrooster buiten kantoortijden van GGZinGeest algemeen.
  • Je participeert, indien van toepassing, als behandelaar in onderzoeksbehandelingen.
  • Je hebt een rol in de opleiding tot psychiater door het geven van supervisie en onderwijs.
  • Je krijgt direct een vast dienstverband.

  • Om de dinsdag is er een intervisielunch voor de psychiaters.
