Wil jij psychotherapeutische behandeling bieden in een FACT-team waar ervaring, vertrouwen en humor hand in hand gaan? Bij FACT Hoofddorp werk je samen met betrokken collega’s aan herstelgerichte zorg voor volwassenen met ernstige psychiatrische aandoeningen. Je krijgt ruimte om jouw expertise in te zetten, mee te denken over de behandeling en bij te dragen aan de ontwikkeling van onze zorg.

Als psychotherapeut kijk je verder dan de klachten alleen. Je hebt oog voor de achtergrond, relaties en leefomgeving van de cliënt. Samen met cliënten, hun naasten en het team werk je aan herstel, eigen regie en een leven met zoveel mogelijk zelfstandigheid en betekenis.

Waar ga je werken?

Het FACT-team behandelt volwassenen tot 65 jaar met ernstige psychiatrische aandoeningen (EPA) en hulpvragen op verschillende levensgebieden, zoals wonen, werken, gezondheid, financiën, zingeving en sociale contacten.

Wij werken volgens de F-ACT-methodiek: intensieve ambulante, wijkgerichte zorg waarbij behandeling zoveel mogelijk plaatsvindt in de eigen leefomgeving van de cliënt. We werken nauw samen met cliënten, hun naasten en ketenpartners. De wensen en doelen van de cliënt vormen daarbij het uitgangspunt.

FACT Hoofddorp bestaat uit twee multidisciplinaire teams van ieder ongeveer tien collega’s. Binnen de teams zijn vrijwel alle disciplines vertegenwoordigd, waaronder psychiaters, GZ-psychologen, ambulant verpleegkundigen, maatschappelijk werkers en IPS-jobcoaches. De teams werken ieder in een eigen deel van de Haarlemmermeer, maar trekken intensief met elkaar op en weten elkaar gemakkelijk te vinden.

Je komt terecht in een ervaren team waarin collega’s graag kennis delen en voor elkaar klaarstaan. De sfeer is informeel en betrokken: we werken hard, maar lachen ook veel. Verschillende inzichten worden gewaardeerd en er is ruimte voor het open gesprek, nieuwe ideeën en professionele ontwikkeling.

Je werkt vanuit onze locatie Spaarnepoort in Hoofddorp. De Haarlemmermeer biedt een afwisselende werkomgeving, met zowel grootstedelijke problematiek als hulpvragen uit de omliggende dorpen.

Wat ga je doen als psychotherapeut?

Als psychotherapeut lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de behandeling van cliënten met complexe psychiatrische problematiek. Je verbindt jouw psychotherapeutische expertise aan de brede, herstelgerichte aanpak van het FACT-team.

Je:

  • verricht intakes en brengt de psychotherapeutische hulpvraag van cliënten in kaart;
  • stelt samen met cliënten en collega’s behandelplannen op en draagt bij aan de uitvoering en evaluatie daarvan;
  • biedt evidence-based psychotherapeutische behandeling, passend bij de hulpvraag, mogelijkheden en doelen van de cliënt;
  • werkt nauw samen met collega’s om de psychotherapeutische behandeling af te stemmen op de overige zorg en begeleiding;
  • neemt deel aan multidisciplinaire overleggen, behandelplanbesprekingen en casuïstiekbesprekingen;
  • biedt consultatie en advies aan collega’s bij complexe casuïstiek;
  • deelt jouw kennis en denkt mee over de verdere ontwikkeling en kwaliteit van de behandeling binnen FACT.

  • Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding tot psychotherapeut en bent BIG-geregistreerd.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met volwassenen met ernstige psychiatrische aandoeningen en complexe problematiek.
  • Je werkt vanuit een herstelgerichte visie en sluit aan bij de wensen en mogelijkheden van de cliënt.
  • Je werkt graag multidisciplinair en weet jouw expertise te verbinden aan die van collega’s.
  • Je vindt het leuk om kennis te delen en mee te denken over de ontwikkeling van onze zorg.
