Als senior medewerker financiële administratie speel je een sleutelrol in de organisatie. Dankzij jouw team draait de organisatie op rolletjes, zodat specialisten en verpleegkundigen de best mogelijke zorg aan cliënten kunnen verlenen. Je bent praktische zaken altijd één stap voor en je signaleert doorlopend verbeterpunten in de dagelijkse dienstverlening. Zo draag je iedere dag bij aan de beste zorg, zowel voor je collega’s als voor hun cliënten.

Waar ga je werken?

  • De afdeling Financiële Administratie bestaat, inclusief de manager Financiële Administratie, uit 10 medewerkers, en maakt deel uit van de Directie Financiën.
  • De Financiële Administratie is verantwoordelijk voor de controle op en de tijdigheid, juistheid en volledigheid van de verwerking van financiële gegevens in het financieel systeem.
  • Jouw bijdrage op het gebied van finance zorgt ervoor dat de behandelaren hier geen werk aan hebben.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verzamelen en controleren van gegevens in het financiële systeem en het uitvoeren van correcties.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de functionele aansturing van een deel van de medewerkers financiële administratie voor het betreffende deelgebied.
  • Je stelt zelfstandig prioriteiten in werkzaamheden zodat het grootboek conform planning wordt afgesloten.
  • Je ontvangt, registreert, codeert, behandelt en bewaakt o.a. facturen en bankafschriften.
  • Je signaleert afwijkingen in aangeleverde gegevens en vraagt aanvullende informatie.
  • Je verstrekt en/of doet voorbereidingen op het gebied van financiële (management) informatie.
  • Je controleert de financiële gegevens op juistheid, tijdigheid en volledigheid en analyseert gegevens, op basis van de afsluitingsprocedure, voor en/of na invoering in het grootboek.
  • Je signaleert afwijkingen en koppelt deze terug en volgt correctieve acties op.
  • Je fungeert als vraagbaak en geeft zelfstandig advies bij vragen over de financiële administratie.
  • Je bent, samen met je collega’s, verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van het grootboek.

  • Je komt in het team Financiële Administratie op de Overschiestraat in Amsterdam.
  • Een afgeronde HBO-opleiding richting financiële administratie is vereist.
