Als Solution Architect bij GGZ inGeest help je onze zorgprofessionals hun werk beter en slimmer te doen – met betrouwbare, veilige en goed geïntegreerde informatiesystemen. Jij bent de schakel tussen strategie en uitvoering, en vertaalt onze organisatiedoelen naar een duidelijke technologische koers.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Solution Architect ontwerp en bewaak je de ICT-architectuur van GGZ inGeest. Je zorgt dat onze informatievoorziening aansluit bij de strategische ambities van de organisatie én bij de behoeften van zorg en bedrijfsvoering.

Je houdt je onder meer bezig met:

  • Jij stelt de concrete solution designs (blauwdrukken) op voor nieuwe projecten en wijzigingen, specifiek gericht op ons (zorg)applicatielandschap en onze IT-omgeving.
  • Je bent vanaf de start betrokken bij initiatieven, analyseert de informatiebehoefte en bepaalt de kaders waarbinnen ontwikkelaars en leveranciers de oplossing moeten bouwen.
  • Jij bent de regisseur van het applicatielandschap. Je zorgt dat systemen (zoals het EPD, e-health modules, en Office 365) logisch, veilig en efficiënt met elkaar verbonden zijn en blijven.
  • Je vertaalt abstracte doelen (zoals 'cloud-first' of 'security-by-design') naar praktische richtlijnen en 'building blocks' die projectteams kunnen toepassen.
  • Je adviseert management en projectleiders gevraagd en ongevraagd over technologische keuzes, de impact van nieuwe software en de haalbaarheid van innovaties.
  • Je schakelt met management, leveranciers en interne stakeholders om te zorgen dat jouw ontwerpen daadwerkelijk de knelpunten in de praktijk oplossen.

Wie ben jij?

Je combineert analytische scherpte met verbindend vermogen. Je kunt conceptueel denken én praktisch adviseren. Verder heb je:

  • WO-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting Bedrijfskundige Informatica.
  • Ervaring met architectuurmethoden, zoals TOGAF of vergelijkbare raamwerken.
  • Kennis van AWS, Microsoft en (zorg)applicaties.
  • Inzicht in bedrijfsprocessen en de vertaling daarvan naar informatie- en ICT-architecturen.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om draagvlak te creëren binnen verschillende lagen van de organisatie.
  • Een proactieve houding: jij signaleert kansen, adviseert en neemt initiatief.
