Waar ga je werken als verpleegkundig specialist?

  • Je komt te werken op de polikliniek depressie met het TOPGGZ keurmerk, wat inhoudt dat wij zeer gespecialiseerde, evidence based, cliëntenzorg combineren met het ontwikkelen van nieuwe behandelmethoden, wetenschappelijk onderzoek en structurele kennisoverdracht. Je draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van nieuwe methoden zoals op de Esketamine Poli en hebt hier een actieve rol in.
  • Je biedt gespecialiseerde zorg aan volwassenen vanaf 18 jaar met complexe, soms therapieresistente, depressie inclusief psychiatrische en (relevante) somatische comorbiditeit.
  • Dat doe je samen met een ondernemend multidisciplinair team met onder andere psychiaters, psychologen, verpleegkundig specialist, psychomotore therapeut, dramatherapeut, arts en collega’s in opleiding, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met academische werkplaats depressie.

Wat ga je doen als verpleegkundig specialist?

  • Als verpleegkundig specialist werk je als regiebehandelaar en houd je je onder andere bezig met zorgcoördinatie, diagnostiek, het opstellen en evalueren van behandelplannen en mede vormgeven van behandeling, waaronder medicamenteuze interventies.
  • In samenwerking met de psychiaters en psychologen bespreek je de intake resultaten en stel je, vanuit je eigen vakgebied, diagnoses op.
  • Je deelt je kennis en biedt ondersteuning bij het ontwikkelen en implementeren van behandelstrategieën en draagt actief bij aan ontwikkelingen in beleid en kwaliteit van zorg. Ook draag je bij aan het opleidingsklimaat van de verpleegkundig specialist in opleiding
  • Bij GGZ inGeest behandelen we cliënten met trauma volgens de visie Trauma Eerst, ook bij comorbiditeit. Wie verdieping zoekt, kan meedoen aan de intensieve Trauma Trein, een samenwerkingsprogramma tussen teams en clusters.

Herken jij jezelf hierin?

  • Afgeronde opleiding tot Verpleegkundig Specialist GGZ (BIG-geregistreerd)
  • Ervaring met stemmingsstoornissen en specialistische GGZ is een pré
  • Ervaring met farmacotherapie en somatische screening
  • Zelfstandig, maar ook een teamspeler
  • Innovatief en geïnteresseerd in behandel ontwikkeling
