The posting

Als verpleegkundige bij GGZ inGeest werk je altijd samen. Dit doe je op één van onze klinieken. Speel een belangrijke rol binnen het behandelteam. Observeer en signaleer veranderingen en draag bij aan een veilige en steunende omgeving. Samen maken we het verschil voor onze cliënten.

Waar ga je werken?

  • De kliniek high care is een acute opname-afdeling met ongeveer 20 opnameplekken. Onze cliëntenpopulatie, bestaande uit personen tussen de 18 en 65 jaar, is zeer divers, evenals hun psychiatrische ziektebeelden. We behandelen cliënten met onder andere psychoses, bipolaire stoornissen, depressies en gedecompenseerde persoonlijkheidsstoornissen.
  • Samen met de cliënt, hun naasten en een ambulant team stellen we heldere behandeldoelen en termijnen op. Ons doel is een effectieve, persoonlijke en korte behandeling, zodat de cliënt snel het leven buiten de kliniek weer kan oppakken. We richten ons op leefstijlverbetering en andere groepstherapieën (G-schema) om de zelfredzaamheid van cliënten te vergroten.
  • Ons multidisciplinaire team bestaat uit verpleegkundigen, psychiaters, artsen, psychologen, maatschappelijk werkers en vaktherapeuten. We werken samen met verschillende ketenpartners zoals politie, buurtregisseurs, huisartsen en RIBW’s. Daarnaast hebben we uitstekende samenwerkingsverbanden met ziekenhuizen en andere zorgklinieken en bedienen cliënten uit een groot deel van de regio.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Als verpleegkundige bij de klinieken werk je altijd samen. Bij GGZ inGeest bied je structuur en zorg aan cliënten. Je begeleidt, observeert en signaleert veranderingen in hun fysieke en mentale gesteldheid. Dit doe je niet alleen, maar samen met een multidisciplinair team.
  • Bij GGZ inGeest streven we ernaar cliënten weer naar vermogen mee te laten doen aan de samenleving. Als verpleegkundige draag je hieraan bij door te werken aan de zelfredzaamheid van onze cliënten.
  • Je stelt begeleidingsplannen op, voert ze uit, evalueert en past ze indien nodig aan. Je signaleert crisissituaties en biedt ondersteuning bij interventies. Je stemt de zorg af met het team van behandelaren en coördineert deze in samenspraak met de cliënt en zijn of haar naasten. Daarnaast biedt je ondersteuning bij de algemene dagelijkse levensverrichtingen (adl), zoals persoonlijke verzorging en hygiëne.
  • Ook speel je een actieve rol in het bieden van begeleiding en ondersteuning aan andere teamleden zoals stagiairs en leerlingen.

Ook belangrijk

  • Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding mbo-4 verpleegkunde, sociaal maatschappelijk dienstverlening of hbo verpleegkunde of sociaal pedagogisch hulpverlener.
  • Je krijgt direct een vast dienstverband.
  • De functie is ingeschaald in FWG 40/45 cao ggz.
