The posting

Als verpleegkundige bij GGZ inGeest werk je altijd samen. Dit doe je op één van onze klinieken. Speel een belangrijke rol binnen het behandelteam. Observeer en signaleer veranderingen en draag bij aan een veilige en steunende omgeving. Samen maken we het verschil voor onze cliënten.

Passende zorg voor jouw cliënten

  • Je komt te werken op een acute opname afdeling met 24 bedden, waar cliënten in een ernstige crisis, vaak gedwongen, worden opgenomen.
  • Op de afdeling wordt gestreefd, door middel van samenwerking met de cliënt, familie en/of naasten en de ambulante zorg, naar het afwenden van de crisis en een korte opname.
  • De cliëntenpopulatie is zeer divers en je komt er allerlei soorten psychiatrische ziektebeelden tegen; van depressie tot verslaving, van manie tot psychose of een combinatie hiervan.
  • Mede doordat Schiphol in deze regio valt, worden cliënten vanuit de hele wereld opgenomen. Hierdoor kom je in aanraking met veel verschillende culturen, talen en gewoontes.
  • Ons multidisciplinaire team is samengesteld uit verpleegkundigen, psychiaters, artsen, psychologen, maatschappelijk werkers en vaktherapeuten.

Passende werkomgeving voor jou

  • Je bent in staat, maar je vindt het vooral heel leuk, om zelfstandig een groep cliënten te begeleiden.
  • Met jouw expertise mag je de zorg van een aantal cliënten coördineren.
  • Vanuit jouw kennis lever je een bijdrage aan het behandelbeleid van de afdeling.
  • Je biedt ADL- en somatische zorg en ondersteunt cliënten bij alledaagse bezigheden zoals opstaan en persoonlijke verzorging.
  • Je stelt begeleidingsplannen op en werkt mee aan behandelplannen.
  • Je begeleidt stagiairs en leerlingen en je vervult hiervoor samen met je collega's een voorbeeldfunctie.
  • Je stelt de hulpvragen van de cliënt vast en verwerkt deze in een begeleidingsplan.
  • Je signaleert veranderingen op het psychische, somatische en/of sociale vlak.
  • Je signaleert en waar mogelijk voorkom je crisissituaties en biedt ondersteuning bij interventies.
  • Je werkt aan de zelfredzaamheid van de cliënt.
  • Je voert voorbehouden verpleegtechnische handelingen uit.

Ook belangrijk

  • Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding mbo-4 verpleegkunde, sociaal maatschappelijk dienstverlening of hbo verpleegkunde of sociaal pedagogisch hulperverlener.
  • Je krijgt direct een vast dienstverband.
  • De functie is ingeschaald in FWG 40/45/50 cao ggz.
