Als verpleegkundige bij GGZ inGeest werk je altijd samen. Dit doe je op één van onze klinieken. Speel een belangrijke rol binnen het behandelteam. Observeer en signaleer veranderingen en draag bij aan een veilige en steunende omgeving. Samen maken we het verschil voor onze cliënten.

Passende zorg voor cliënten

  • Vervolgkliniek Westerpoort in Bennebroek biedt (langdurige) behandeling aan 87 cliënten met een Ernstig Psychiatrische Aandoening (EPA) verspreid over 4 teams. Er zijn 3 open afdelingen waarvan 1 afdeling met 27 HAT woningen (appartementen). Daarnaast is er een (nieuwe) gesloten afdeling.
  • Bij Westerpoort nemen we de tijd die nodig is, soms meerdere maanden, om herstel te bevorderen. We richten ons niet alleen op de symptomen, maar geven aandacht aan de persoon erachter en zijn of haar netwerk. Het opbouwen van een vertrouwensrelatie en intensief contact met de cliënt en diens naasten staat centraal. Onze rustige, groene omgeving draagt bij aan een gevoel van veiligheid en welzijn.
  • Diverse herstel faciliteiten zoals sport, activiteiten, dagbesteding, behandeling, geestelijke verzorging en werkgelegenheden ondersteunen het herstelproces. We werken toe naar een passende en zo hoog mogelijk haalbare uitstroom, zoals zelfstandig wonen of beschermd/beschut wonen.

Passende werkomgeving voor jou

  • Met jouw expertise coördineer je als Verpleegkundige III de zorg van een aantal cliënten in de rol van persoonlijk begeleider. Je bent de spin in het web bij het traject van de cliënt.
  • Je biedt begeleiding aan cliënten, observeert je hun fysieke en mentale gezondheidstoestand en signaleert veranderingen. In crisissituaties treed je snel op en ondersteun je met passende interventies.
  • Belangrijk hierbij is dat je in nauw overleg met het behandelteam, de cliënt en hun naasten de zorg afstemt. Bij GGZ inGeest streven we ernaar cliënten weer naar vermogen te laten deelnemen aan de samenleving. Als verpleegkundige draag je hieraan bij door actief te werken aan hun zelfredzaamheid.
  • Vanuit jouw kennis lever je een bijdrage aan het behandelbeleid van de afdeling. Dit doe je niet alleen maar in een multidisciplinair team.
  • Dit multidisciplinaire team bestaat uit activiteitenbegeleiders, een physician assistant, psychiaters, artsen, (GZ)-psychologen, diëtist, coördinerend verpleegkundige/begeleider, cognitief gedragstherapeutisch medewerker, bewegingsagoog, fysiotherapeut, geestelijk verzorger, huisarts, maatschappelijk werker, persoonlijk begeleider en trajectbegeleiders.
  • Daarnaast speel je een essentiële rol door consultatie en advies te bieden aan collega's over complexe casussen. Je denkt proactief mee over nieuwe behandelstrategieën op de afdeling.
  • Het opstellen, uitvoeren, evalueren en aanpassen van begeleidingsplannen en behandelplannen behoort eveneens tot je takenpakket.
  • Verder vervul je een actieve rol in de begeleiding van andere teamleden, zoals stagiairs en leerlingen, om een hoog niveau van zorg te waarborgen. En neem je deel aan diverse werkgroepen.
