Cadre de travail Notre partenaire est un Play Café de renom de Dakar : un lieu pensé pour que les enfants apprennent, découvrent et s'épanouissent loin des écrans, dans un cadre calme, chaleureux et ancré dans nos racines africaines. Le lieu réunit quatre espaces complémentaires : Le Salon de Thé (café gourmand), Le Club (ateliers créatifs pour enfants), L'Atelier (ateliers crochet en partenariat) et La Terrasse (espace extérieur convivial) Rejoindre l'équipe, c'est participer dès le premier jour à la construction d'un concept ambitieux, avec la volonté de s'implanter demain à Saly, Abidjan et dans d'autres grandes villes africaines. Missions principales Élaborer le menu en collaboration directe avec la CEO, dans l'esprit gourmand et ancré dans les racines africaines de notre client ; Garantir la qualité, la gestion des stocks et le contrôle des coûts matière en cuisine ; Animer personnellement la majorité des ateliers et cours de cuisine, en délégant ponctuellement à l'équipe cuisine ; Superviser, former et faire monter en compétence le staff cuisine ; Garantir le respect des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire. Exigences de qualité et d'expérience client Assurer une qualité constante des plats et boissons, plat après plat, y compris en période de forte affluence (ateliers, événements, week-ends) ; Contribuer directement à la satisfaction client par le goût, la présentation et la régularité de chaque assiette servie ; Veiller à ce que l'expérience culinaire reflète l'identité de marque : gourmande, authentique, soignée jusque dans le détail. Requirements 5 à 7 ans d'expérience en café, pâtisserie et/ou cuisine internationale ; Certificat de sécurité alimentaire (HACCP ou équivalent) — requis ; Diplôme culinaire — requis ; Expérience en gestion d'équipe — un plus ; Anglais courant — un plus Qualités attendues Créativité culinaire, rigueur et sens du détail (valeur Soin) ; Leadership bienveillant capable de transmettre son savoir-faire au staff cuisine et, indirectement, aux enfants lors des ateliers.
