Cadre de travail Notre Client est un Play Café de renom à Dakar : un lieu pensé pour que les enfants apprennent, découvrent et s'épanouissent loin des écrans, dans un cadre calme, chaleureux et ancré dans nos racines africaines. Le lieu réunit quatre espaces complémentaires : Le Salon de Thé (café gourmand), Le Club (ateliers créatifs pour enfants), L'Atelier (ateliers crochet en partenariat) et La Terrasse (espace extérieur convivial). Rejoindre l'équipe, c'est participer dès le premier jour à la construction d'un concept ambitieux, avec la volonté de s'implanter demain à Saly, Abidjan et dans d'autres grandes villes africaines. Missions principales Superviser les opérations quotidiennes et l'équipe en salle sur l'ensemble des espaces (accueil, service, animation) ; Garantir une expérience client fluide et cohérente d'un espace à l'autre, de l'arrivée en salle jusqu'aux ateliers ; Gérer les retours et réclamations avec réactivité, dans l'esprit d'amélioration continue de la marque ; Assurer la communication interne avec l'ensemble de l'équipe ; Piloter la conception et la supervision des ateliers manuels pour enfants (Samedis Créatifs) ; Coordonner avec l'agence marketing externe pour la cohérence entre le contenu et l'expérience vécue sur place ; Gérer le planning et la formation du staff d'accueil et de service ; Faire remonter à la CEO tout sujet stratégique, budgétaire ou de marque. Exigences de qualité et d'expérience client Être garant·e au quotidien de la satisfaction client : écoute active, résolution proactive des irritants, suivi des retours ; Maintenir une qualité de service constante sur l'ensemble des espaces, y compris en période de forte affluence (week-ends, événements) ; Veiller à ce que chaque visite reflète les standards de la marque : accueil chaleureux, propreté, ponctualité de la programmation. Requirements Expérience en gestion d'équipe, hospitalité ou retail ; Sens du service client et capacité à gérer les imprévus avec calme ; Leadership naturel et bonnes capacités de communication ; Français courant ; anglais un plus. Qualités attendues Aligné·e avec nos valeurs : sens du détail (Soin) ; Esprit de communauté ; Honnêteté dans la communication avec l'équipe et les clients ; Capacité à créer un cadre calme même dans les moments d'affluence.
