Notre client Notre client, entreprise reconnue basée à Dakar, évolue sur le marché des biens de grande consommation. Dans le cadre de ses ambitions de développement, il recherche un(e) Directeur(trice) Général(e) pour prendre la tête de l’entreprise et accélérer sa croissance. Vos missions Placé(e) sous l’autorité des dirigeants, vous assurez la direction générale de l’entreprise et portez la responsabilité de ses résultats. Développement commercial et marketing : vous définissez la politique commerciale et organisez la distribution sur l’ensemble des circuits ; Vous gérez les relations avec les principaux clients et partenaires ; Vous pilotez le positionnement et la communication de la marque ainsi que la politique tarifaire ; Vous encadrez la force de vente et suivez l’atteinte des objectifs ; Vision et performance : vous élaborez avec les dirigeants, la stratégie de développement et la traduisez en plans d’action ; Vous gérez l’offre de produits et les priorités de commercialisation ; Vous mettez en place les indicateurs de suivi et assurez le reporting auprès des dirigeants ; Gestion financière et opérationnelle : vous établissez et contrôlez le budget ; Vous veillez à l’équilibre financier, à la trésorerie et à la rentabilité ; Vous garantissez, avec les équipes concernées, l’adéquation entre production et ventes, la disponibilité des produits et le respect des normes en vigueur. Leadership et représentation : vous animez et faites grandir les équipes ; Vous renforcez l’organisation, notamment sur le volet commercial ; Vous incarnez l’entreprise auprès de ses partenaires et des autorités. Requirements Votre profil Formation supérieure (Bac+5) en école de commerce ou en gestion ; un MBA est apprécié. Expérience significative en direction générale, commerciale ou marketing, idéalement acquise dans les produits de grande consommation en Afrique de l’Ouest. Excellente connaissance du marché sénégalais et de ses canaux de distribution. Réseau professionnel solide auprès des acteurs de la distribution. Réussites démontrées dans le développement de marques et la conquête de marchés. Capacités reconnues de négociation et de gestion de clients majeurs. Bonne maîtrise des outils de gestion et de pilotage financier. Leadership, sens des résultats, capacité d’adaptation et intégrité. Français courant et anglais professionnel ; la maîtrise des langues locales, comme le wolof, est un atout. Benefits Salaire attractif selon le marché ; Primes en fonction des objectifs.
