Rattaché(e) à la Direction d’exploitation, le Commercial Senior Pharmacie (H/F) aura pour mission principale de développer la présence et les ventes de nos gammes de vitamines, protéines et compléments alimentaires naturels auprès des officines et parapharmacies. Interlocuteur(rice) privilégié(e) des professionnels de santé, vous développez votre secteur tout en renforçant la notoriété et la crédibilité scientifique de la marque. Missions Principales Prospection et Développement Officinal : Conquérir de nouvelles officines (pharmacies indépendantes,groupements, parapharmacies) et développer le chiffre d'affaires sur votre secteur géographique. Vente, Négociation et Référencement : Présenter les gammes de compléments alimentaires, négocier le référencement de nos produits auprès des titulaires et des équipes d'achat, et sécuriser la prise de commande. Conseil, Formation et Animation : Former les équipes officinales (pharmaciens, préparateurs) aux bienfaits, à la composition et aux arguments de vente des produits. Organiser des animations au comptoir pour dynamiser les sorties produits (sell-out). Fidélisation et Merchandising : Assurer le suivi régulier des clients, optimiser le merchandising en officine et veiller au réapprovisionnement pour éviter les ruptures de stock. Veille et Remontée d'Information : Analyser les tendances du marché de la nutraceutique, suivre les actions de la concurrence en officine et remonter les besoins du terrain à la direction. Collaboration Interne : Travailler en synergie avec le service marketing, la logistique et l'Administration Des Ventes (ADV) pour garantir un suivi irréprochable des commandes et du matériel promotionnel. Assurer un compte-rendu journalier de l'activité (visites, taux de pénétration, volume de ventes,retours des professionnels de santé). Profil Expérience : 5 à 7 ans d'expérience confirmée en vente terrain, impérativement acquise dans le secteur pharmaceutique, de la parapharmacie ou de la nutraceutique. Réseau / Portefeuille : Solide connaissance du réseau officinal et portefeuille actif de pharmaciens titulaires/groupements sur le secteur. Formation : Formation supérieure en Commerce/Vente (Bac+3 à Bac+5) ou formation scientifique/santé (Délégué Pharmaceutique, Pharmacie, Biologie, Nutrition). Compétences Techniques : Maîtrise des techniques de vente en officine, connaissance approfondie de la réglementation des compléments alimentaires et des outils CRM/bureautiques. Qualités Personnelles : Excellent relationnel, posture professionnelle adaptée à l'environnement de la santé,rigueur scientifique, persuasion et forte culture du résultat. Mobilité : Titulaire du permis de conduire A (Moto) et apte à effectuer des déplacements réguliers à Dakar et en régions. Informations contractuelles Organisation et Conditions Collaboration Interne : Travailler en synergie avec le service marketing, la logistique et l'Administration Des Ventes (ADV) pour garantir un suivi irréprochable des commandes et du matériel promotionnel. Horaires : Lundi au vendredi de 8h à 17h et le samedi de 8h à 13h.
