Vision du Poste Vous êtes le garant de la sécurité pharmaceutique et le moteur de l'officine durant vos jours de présence. Nous ne cherchons pas un profil "exécutant" qui attend que le temps passe, mais un professionnel passionné, capable de prendre des initiatives pour améliorer la prise en charge des patients et l'organisation du flux. Expertise Technique (Savoir-Faire) Sécurisation et Dispensation Analyse Pharmaceutique Critique : Validation des ordonnances avec une vigilance accrue sur les interactions, les contre-indications et l'adaptation posologique (notamment pour les populations fragiles). Conseil Thérapeutique de Pointe : Capacité à accompagner la délivrance par des conseils associés pertinents (nutrition, hygiène de vie, observance). Pilotage des "Nouvelles Missions" Acteur de Santé Publique : Réalisation autonome des entretiens pharmaceutiques (AVK, AOD, Asthme), des Bilans Partagés de Médication (BPM) et des dépistages (TROD). Prévention et Vaccination : Maîtrise complète du protocole vaccinal et des injections en officine. Gestion et Management Opérationnel Commandant de Bord : Supervision de l'équipe de préparateurs et des apprentis. Savoir déléguer avec pédagogie tout en restant le référent final. Maîtrise Réglementaire : Gestion rigoureuse des stupéfiants, de la chaîne du froid et du suivi des dispositifs médicaux. Outils Numériques : Maîtrise avancée du Logiciel de Gestion Officinale (LGO) et des outils de télétransmission. Dimension Comportementale (Soft Skills) L'Ambition au quotidien Dépassement du cadre : Vous ne vous contentez pas du "minimum syndical". Vous identifiez les manques (ex: un rayon mal valorisé, un protocole de soin à affiner) et proposez des solutions concrètes. Force de proposition : Capacité à introduire de nouvelles gammes ou services pour dynamiser l'offre de la pharmacie. Polyvalence et Agilité Fluidité : Capacité à passer du comptoir au back-office (gestion de litiges facturation, commandes spécifiques) sans perdre en efficacité. Adaptabilité : Esprit d'équipe marqué ; vous aidez là où le besoin se fait sentir, peu importe la tâche. Engagement et Projection Fidélisation : Volonté de créer un lien durable avec la patientèle locale. Vous êtes "le" pharmacien de référence pour les patients, même à temps partiel. Sérieux et Loyauté : Recherche d'une collaboration sur le long terme pour construire un projet commun avec la pharmacie. Pourquoi ce poste dans notre Pharmacie? Expérience : 3 à 5 ans minimum en officine ; nous recherchons une personne capable d'être immédiatement opérationnelle et autonome sur ses jours de présence. Le plus : Une spécialisation (D.U.) en orthopédie ou maintien à domicile. Informations contractuelles CDI proposé ; Salaire négociable en fonction de l'expérience.
