Vision du Poste : L’Excellence en Format Flexible Au sein de notre Pharmacie, nous ne cherchons pas un simple "exécutant" de comptoir pour combler des heures. Nous recherchons un collaborateur stratégique qui, malgré un temps de présence réduit, prend la pleine possession de ses missions. Vous êtes le garant de la fluidité opérationnelle et de la dynamique commerciale sur vos créneaux. Votre objectif : transformer chaque interaction en une expérience de conseil à haute valeur ajoutée. Missions & Livrables Clés 1. Expertise Officinale & Performance Commerciale Dispensation Sécurisée : Lecture et préparation des ordonnances avec une rigueur absolue (zéro défaut). Conseil Associé Systématique : Maximiser chaque passage au comptoir par la vente conseil (parapharmacie, nutrition, hygiène) afin de répondre globalement aux besoins du patient. Vente Conseil (OTC) : Maîtrise des gammes de médication familiale et dermo-cosmétique pour booster le panier moyen. 2. Responsabilité de Rayon & Back-Office (Focus Temps Partiel) Le format temps partiel exige une organisation millimétrée. Vous serez référent(e) autonome sur une ou plusieurs catégories : Gestion du cycle de vie produit : Passage des commandes, intégration informatique immédiate sur le LGO, et gestion rigoureuse des périmés ; Merchandising d'impact : Mise en avant promotionnelle et optimisation de la visibilité des produits sur vos jours de présence. Suivi Logistique : Contrôle des livraisons et gestion des litiges fournisseurs pour garantir un stock toujours juste. 3. Support aux Nouvelles Missions Assistance active du pharmacien titulaire dans les entretiens patients et les campagnes de dépistage. Conseil et suivi technique du Matériel Médical (MAD) : lits, fauteuils, tire-lait. Dimension Comportementale Ambition et Proactivité : Vous avez horreur de l'inactivité. Si le comptoir est calme, vous optimisez vos rayons ou proposez des idées de vitrines. Agilité Opérationnelle : Capacité à basculer d'une tâche administrative complexe à un accueil client chaleureux avec aisance. Stabilité & Loyauté : Nous investissons dans votre formation et votre autonomie. En retour, nous cherchons un profil souhaitant s'ancrer durablement dans la vie de l'officine et de la patientèle de notre Pharmacie. Profil Profil & Pré-requis Diplôme : Brevet Professionnel (BP) ou DEUST de Préparateur en Pharmacie (obligatoire). Expérience : 2 ans minimum en officine après l'obtention du diplôm Maîtrise Technique : Utilisation experte d'un Logiciel de Gestion Officinale (LGO) et aisance bilingue/internationale (un plus pour la patientèle de passage) Atout majeur : Certification en dermo-cosmétique ou expertise en médecines douces (aromathérapie, phytothérapie). Informations contractuelles CDI proposé ; Salaire négociable en fonction de l'expérience ; Pourquoi nous rejoindre?
