Vos Missions : Un quotidien à 360° Votre rôle sera déterminant : vous interviendrez sur l'ensemble de notre chaîne de valeur, avec un focus majeur sur l'acquisition de talents. 1. Recrutement : Rédiger sous la supervision des consultants senior des annonces percutantes et attractives pour nos différents canaux et ceux de nos partenaires ; Sourcing multicanal : Identifier et approcher les meilleurs profils sur les jobboards, réseaux sociaux professionnels (LinkedIn) et via notre vivier interne ; Présélection : Trier les CV et mener les entretiens de pré-qualification téléphonique ; Gestion du processus : Organiser les entretiens avec les consultants seniors et assurer le suivi des candidats (feedback, coaching, onboarding...) ; 2. Développement Commercial Veille stratégique : Identifier de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires et détecter les besoins en recrutement sur le marché sénégalais et panafricain ; Support commercial : Participer à gestion des prospects et clients et à la mise à jour de notre base de données clients (CRM) ; Networking : Représenter l'agence lors d'événements (webinaires, salons) pour accroître notre visibilité. 3. Support RH & Digital Administration RH : Soutien ponctuel sur la gestion RH que nous effections pour nos partenaires. Marque Employeur : Contribuer à faire rayonner notre culture d'entreprise sur le digital. Profil Le profil que nous recherchons Formation : Bac+3/5 en Ressources Humaines, École de Commerce ou équivalent ; Une à deux expériences réussies en recrutement, selon la durée du poste et des missions ; Être Bilingue Français/Anglais est un grand plus ; Soft Skills : Vous avez un tempérament de "chasseur", une excellente aisance relationnelle et une capacité d'adaptation hors pair. Esprit d'équipe : Vous aimez l'agilité des structures à taille humaine et les spéficificités du modèle des startup ; Digital Native : Les outils numériques et les réseaux sociaux n'ont aucun secret pour vous. Culture : Une sensibilité ou une connaissance du marché de l'emploi en Afrique est un atout majeur. Pourquoi nous rejoindre?
