The posting

Sous la supervision de la Responsable d’exploitation, le/la Vendeur(se) Motorisé(e) assure la présence quotidienne des produits sur le terrain. Il/elle est chargé(e) de visiter les points de vente existants, de prendre les commandes et d'assurer la visibilité de la marque. Ce poste est idéal pour une personne dynamique, mobile et souhaitant faire ses premières armes dans la vente terrain. Missions principales : Visites terrain : Assurer une tournée quotidienne des points de vente (pharmacies, boutiques, salles de sport) selon un planning établi ; Vente et Prise de commande : Proposer les produits aux gérants, prendre les commandes de réassort et inciter à l'achat des nouveautés ; Merchandising : S’assurer que les produits sont bien visibles en rayon, propres et bien rangés ; Distribution : Distribuer des supports publicitaires (flyers, affiches) ou des échantillons lors des visites ; Remontée d'information : Noter les ruptures de stock, les prix des concurrents et les réclamations simples des clients ; Reporting simple : Remplir les fiches de visites journalières et transmettre les bons de commande à l'administration. Composition de l'équipe : 1 Responsable de production, 1 Responsable d'exploitation, 1 Comptable, 2 Commerciaux Terrain Agroalimentaire. Profil Compétences et qualités requises : Très bonne conduite moto et respect du code de la route (prudence indispensable). Dynamisme, bonne condition physique et endurance (travail 100% terrain). Honnêteté, ponctualité et sérieux. Bon contact humain et politesse. Savoir lire, écrire et compter correctement. Capacité à utiliser un smartphone (GPS, WhatsApp, applications simples). Horaires : Du lundi au vendredi de 8h à 17h et le samedi de 8h à 13h. Profil souhaité : Formation en commerce, marketing, agroalimentaire ou nutrition ; Expérience réussie (au moins de 2 ans) dans un poste similaire en vente terrain ou distribution ; Titulaire du permis de A A1, et apte à effectuer des déplacements réguliers. Informations contractuelles Type de contrat : Contrat de prestation de services (avec possibilité d’évolution) ; Rémunération : Salaire attractif + primes de performance ; Avantages : Téléphone professionnel et forfait téléphonique ; Carburant pris en charge ; Début idéal : janvier 2026.
