Récolo, anciennement connue sous le nom de la Régie régionale de gestion des matières résiduelles de Portneuf, est à la recherche d’un(e) agent(e) de sensibilisation pour la période estivale 2026.

Vos principales responsabilités : • Représenter l’organisation de manière professionnelle et dynamique • Sensibiliser et promouvoir les citoyens dans la gestion et le tri de leurs matières résiduelles • Inspecter les conteneurs et effectuer des audits des matières résiduelles • Collaborer avec l’équipe afin d’assurer le transfert des données • Participer à des activités et événements public afin de sensibiliser la population à l’environnement • Écouter les besoins de la population et recueillir leurs commentaires pour améliorer les services • Assurer la saisie et la mise à jour de données dans les systèmes informatiques • Distribuer du matériel informatif via des activités de porte-à-porte (dépliants, accroche-portes) • Procéder à la lecture et l’enregistrement des puces électroniques (RFID) installées sur les contenants

Pourquoi nous choisir ? • Statut du poste : Temps plein (35h/sem.) pour la période estivale • Horaire : Du lundi au vendredi, de 8 h 30 à 16 h 30, disponibilité la fin de semaine pour des événements publics • Lieu de travail : Complexe environnemental de Neuville au 1300 chemin du Site • Salaire compétitif : 25,75 $/h • Date d’entrée en poste : dès que possible

Ce que nous recherchons : • Permis de conduire classe 5 • Profil en communications, environnement, marketing ou tout autre profil en lien avec les responsabilités • Bonne forme physique : capacité à travailler debout durant une période prolongée • Capacité à travailler à l’extérieur, peu importe les conditions climatiques (humidité, chaleur, pluie, etc.) • Compétences relationnelles (établir des liens de confiance, inciter les citoyens avec bienveillance) • Compétences en informatique (entrée de données) • Courtoisie et professionnalisme (aptitudes en communication) • Sens des responsabilités et de l’initiative
