Lieu : Clinique Lobe Saint-Laurent : 1605 boulevard Marcel-Laurin, Saint-Laurent, QC

Rejoindre la clinique de Saint-Laurent, c’est votre chance d’évoluer au sein d’une équipe multidisciplinaire dynamique (audioprothésiste, éducatrices spécialisées, audiologiste, ORL) où l'entraide, la rigueur et le plaisir sont au cœur des priorités.

En tant qu'Agente Réceptionniste, vous serez le premier point de contact des patients. Par votre accueil chaleureux et votre professionnalisme, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la coordination des soins, le suivi des dossiers médicaux et la qualité du service offert à la clientèle.

  • Horaire : 32h par semaine (généralement 8h30 à 17h, soir sur demande) ( Congé le vendredi )

Voici ce que vous serez amené(e) à faire :

  • Accueillir les patients chaleureusement en clinique et répondre aux appels téléphoniques;
  • Planifier, prendre et confirmer les rendez-vous dans les agendas des différents professionnels de santé;
  • Assurer la tenue, la numérisation et le classement rigoureux des dossiers patients;
  • Assurer la correspondance avec les établissements de santé et traiter la boîte courriel de la clinique;
  • Procéder à la facturation des services d'audiologie, piles et produits d'entretien;
  • Gérer l'expédition/réception des colis (ICS) ainsi que l'approvisionnement en fournitures de bureau;
  • Effectuer la désinfection des salles ORL et veiller au maintien de la propreté de la clinique.

Le profil recherché pour ce poste :

  • Études : Diplôme d'études secondaires, DEP en secrétariat ou formation équivalente;
  • Expérience : Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en secrétariat/réception (médical, dentaire, esthétique, restauration, enseignement) et minimum 5 ans en service à la clientèle;
  • Langues : Bilinguisme (français et anglais fonctionnel) nécessaire pour répondre aux besoins de l'ensemble de la clientèle;
  • Compétences techniques : Aisance informatique (suite Office), habitude de travailler avec des dossiers médicaux et connaissance du jargon médical (la connaissance du logiciel Omnimed est un atout);
  • Savoir-être : Rigueur, autonomie, bienveillance, excellente gestion des priorités, proactivité lors des temps faibles et un sourire communicatif (« sourire dans la voix »).
