Raison d’être du poste

Sous la responsabilité du chef de service ou du superviseur en ajustement, l’ajusteur a pour mandat de régler les différents paramètres de moulage (temps de procédé, vapeur, air, eau, distance, etc.) afin d’assurer l’ajustement optimal des presses. Il est également responsable de mettre en application les idées d’amélioration proposées, dans le but d’accroître l’efficacité de la production et de renforcer la santé et la sécurité des travailleurs.

Profil recherché

Nous sommes à la recherche d’une personne agile, capable de proposer des solutions efficaces. Qui sait faire preuve d’une excellente gestion du stress, possède de fortes habiletés de communication et se distingue par sa capacité à collaborer en travail d’équipe afin d’atteindre les objectifs communs.

Vos principales missions

  • Ajuster les paramètres des presses de moulage afin d'atteindre les critères établis par le système qualité.
  • Effectuer les modifications aux paramètres d'ajustement et compléter les formulaires appropriés selon la procédure établie.
  • Vérifier de façon continue l'efficacité des cycles. Selon les directives du superviseur au moulage, traiter les demandes prioritaires ainsi que les cycles estimés difficiles à atteindre, déterminer les causes des dysfonctionnements et apporter des suggestions.
  • Analyser et solutionner efficacement les problèmes de moulage et les équipements reliés à la production (ex. : rejets, conception des moules, four, réservoir sous pression, etc.).
  • Faire l'entretien des dévidoirs et des filtres du système d'eau.
  • Communiquer toutes informations pertinentes au bon déroulement des activités.
  • Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe demandée par son supérieur ou exigée par ses fonctions.
  • Effectuer occasionnellement les tests de nouvelles matières selon la procédure établie.
  • Faire occasionnellement l'entretien et les réparations sur les presses de moulage.
  • Travailler en respectant les normes et les règles de SST, les procédures internes et la mission de l'entreprise.

Profil recherché

  • Détenir un DEP en électromécanique ou équivalent
  • Détenir la formation SIMDUT
  • Avoir une expérience de 1 à 3 années en ajustement de machines ou dans un domaine technique
